Acoustic Alchemy is my favorite smooth jazz band and always feel well and joyful when I listen their great performances and songs . Thanks for this live concert ! From Chile blessings for everyone
My favorite jazz group ever! Incredible talent, fantastic chops across the board! I love how they also have a lot of fun on stage! As a musician myself, I don't know of too many things that are as gratifying as playing with other excellent musicians and just cutting loose!!
damn! that bassist really wanted to be heard in the mix lol. Hell of a band. I'm 31 now and clearly remember my dad (who's a musician) playing this stuff repeatedly in the home. Stuck with me all these years.
LUV, LUV, LUV These guys... Saw them in a Free concert, Raleigh, NC 1990(?) Was killer... just left Jacksonville Jazz Fest. Made it back in time to catch these guys. Song #2 was one off their 2nd CD... That's when I discovered them & the Rippingtons. Was a Great Year!!
I had the privilege of seeing them two nights ago in Buffalo NY. What an amazing show! If you have a chance to see them do not miss the show! Some of the most technically impressive playing I have ever seen.
Fantastic group. Great Performance. Excellent audio recording quality. I know some people knock A.A. because they are "radio-friendly" - and the whole "smooth jazz" association - but the musicians are top-notch and their albums are consistently high-quality. In fact, they shred!
My POST (Above) says it all! These guys just rolled em out on the floor. Had some new-bees for A.A.'s music. Woke em' up big time. Can't say enough about this contemp jazz group.
Los he visto tocar en vivo y me han gustado aún más que en sus CD´s ó DVD´s. Son grandes músicos desde que eran solo los dos guitarristas hasta hoy día que son una banda..Soy fan de ellos desde que los escuche tocando Natural elements.
Miles Gilderdale took Nick Webbs place. He was already working with the band before Nick died. Miles & the rest of the band were recording an album when Nick was dying. Miles has his own recording studio & was mainly an electric player for a long time.
Richard Ballard - That guitar Miles is playing in this video, do u know who made it? Brand name? Luthier? From what I’ve seen about the late Nick Webb, Nick used a Lowden guitar model S-35 Cedar & Walnut, and this Miles guitar is not Lowden.
Sin, it seems clear that they fallen in the monotony, with very little feeling, perhaps, and i'm very sorry, the ultimaly death of bassist blocked them psychologically..but to actually experience the loss of true passion lose any value. Aniway their DVD made in Jamaica historical reamains, but here i wanted back the money of the ticket. Disappointed.

They are just as amazing live as they are on album! What a crew! Thanks for putting this up!

Saw them in Modesto CA on my 50th birthday, great performance.

I wish I could make a living playing music. Anyone else feel like that?

Beautiful.

As I understand it, the acoustic steel string Miles is using was actually Nick Webb's guitar.
Richard Ballard - That guitar Miles is playing in this video, do u know who made it? Brand name? Luthier? From what I’ve seen about the late Nick Webb, Nick used a Lowden guitar model S-35 Cedar & Walnut, and this Miles guitar is not Lowden.
I hate to say it but hardly anyone is making money playing music these days. But, yes, I feel that way.
What is the title of this song? It's cool, I liked it..
Класс!
yo fuí a Londres, jazz café,y los vi en directo, desde entonces junto a pat Metheny son mis favoritos....
Dear Acoustic Alchemy fans, what is the name the tune played at 40' 30 ''. Thank you!
pablovuceda Arianne
Wow 10 people did not like this
what is the name of the song that starts around 1:02:00, does any body have the track list
The name of that song is Lazeez ..
Frank Felix? Richard Brook? ... u.u

Alberto Valli you have no idea and i believe youre a poor listener and never touched a guitar or composed nothing. your comment is wortthless.
jazzon richards Maybe you better go back to sleep greenhorn.
you'reright sir.... miss the old days... can't blame them though....
And from what I'm hearing he is doing a good job. I assume those are difficult shoes to fill.
I'm kind of behind times, who is taking Nick Webb's place?
Fluidly Unsure Is Miles gilderdale who take the Nick Webb place on string Steel guitar...
