When there are signed legal documents such as the affidavit of the undertaking, the law assumes that we understand all the terms and conditions stated therein, so all those who sign the affidavit of the undertaking are obliged to follow the stated conditions, except when that goes into Contrary of Good Customs or Public Policy. With that, everyone who signed on the said document is obligated to do follow and do all of the conditions.
