How To Dye Fabrics for Cosplays

Ever look for clothes to use for a costume and can’t quite find the right color? We’ll show you how to dye fabrics for cosplays!
For our costume we dyed a gray wool sweater purple for a Kate Bishop/Hawkeye cosplay. We used Rit’s all-purpose liquid dye and it worked like a charm!
You really don’t have to do much to dye fabrics, but it is a lengthy process because you have to mix the dye with the piece of clothing for quite some time.
But in the end you saved yourself hours of searching online and in stores for that perfect color shirt or fabric.
