The dreaded stretch fade!! Great video!
I'm definitely gonna try this for my Alice: Madness Returns cosplay because her Hysteria Mode has red arms and I wanna wear long gloves for that.
I’m currently doing research to do a DIY replica of the new superior Spider-Man hot toys figure. There are very fine details on the fabric that they use for the suit and I have been trying to figure out how to go about getting close to the inspiration for days. I’ve learned more in the first 45 seconds of your video than the rest combined 😂
Great video!

^ Love puff painting my Spidey suits🕷️🕸️
Thanks! Great video!
very helpful video!
Thanks man! Appreciate it 🙏
Very helpful, thank you.
But honestly... if you use your kitchen sink to pour the soup down the drain after dying... how do you clean that to make it safe for food again? I mean.. washing salad or dishes in the kitchen is pretty common I guess. So technically you'd need an "only for dying soup"-sink?
Not really. Once you clean your sink with bleach or something similar everything you do in that sink after dying should be food safe

Does the hot water compromise the stretch or make it shrink? Im hoping to dye a polyester/ spandex 95/5 swimsuit but I’ve never done it before and I’m nervous I might ruin it. Any tips?
Nope, the high temperature does not effect the stretch or makes it shrink
@@equinox_cosplayawesome!! Thanks so much. And awesome work btw, I enjoyed the video!
i want to dye white clear dot spandex navy blue for a tasm2 suit, would the dye effect how shiny the dots will be?
Probably best to run a test to see how much it would affect the shine, but I don't think it would affect it that much after the fabric is washed.
How do i transfer a pattern to spandex?
Great video!
