Thanks for putting this up. I just got a used '13 CRF450 that has CORE EXP (bike was sitting for almost 2 years) and stalls every time it's put in gear. I set it up at one plus 2 on adjuster and it didnt change the stall and there is zero free play gain. Using hand lever results in stalling as well. Guess I will pull it all apart to inspect.
EXP base minimum 10.57 millimeter.The part number is: 452-782-002 PTFE Rekluse Pad Replacement Kit - EXP 3.0 DIRT (1 BAG OF 30PCS) And try to find the lock washer! For 2018 CRF450RX it is 183-004A rekluse Core Center Clutch Tab Lock Washer 27mm Small Shaft And BASE REKLUSE EXP 3.0 , H450 TD,
Where on earth can I find the the teflon pads by themselves? Also why can I not purchase any service kits for my 2017 YZ450 on your website? I had to go to partsgiant and they sent me the wrong kit. I was at the point I wanted to switch to core manual but I cannot add the pressure plate for the Core manual YZ450 to the cart. It just gives me errors.
Last few rides, my auto clutch is not operating properly. I've set the free play gain, and the bike will stall if I do not pull in the clutch when I come to a stop. Also noticed some aluminum slivers in the oil filter. Trying to figure out what's going on with this thing?.

I have a 3.0 core with about 550 hrs in my KTM 300 xcw and still works as it always has since new.
