I went through a headache on my 2013 300XC. Couldn't get it to stay running at idle, always had to keep the slave adjusted to the point where it was just like a normal clutch. I uninstalled and reinstalled a handful of times, adjusting freeplay the same. Turns out the center clutch nut needs to be installed less than factory spec, although the rekluse installation video and manual does not mention this. Factory spec is like 100nM and for the rekluse it's about half that. Hope this helps someone in the future.
I just bought a 2018 300 xcw that has only 19 hours and 8 hours on the rekluse CX, lots of slipping. Adjusted the slave cylinder and got better but after an hour of riding started to slip again and almost didn’t make it back to the truck. Definitely be investing
Sounds like the clutch pack dimension is too small. If you have 2 of the 1.0mm thick steel plates installed, swap them for the 1.2mm plates that come in the kit and go to the steel colored springs.
Did the follow video come out? I’ve got a 21’ FE501s and the set up is not working. FPGain-check, changed idle,-check, break in, -check. Did break in since I couldn’t get the bike to sit in gear without stalling, didn’t help. I’m on setting 1(I) on the Belleville spring retainer. Do I change to 2(II) or 3(III) on the Belleville spring retainer? Idle and FPG don’t seem to slow the bike movement while in gear(?) (Note this isn’t my first Rekluse install, been running one on my 16’ FE350 since day one with no problem). Cant figure out the setup on this 21’ FE501s
Jeff your free sharing of knowledge is a God send to so many of us. We really do appreciate it. Do you "run" a Rekluse on your go to bike? TIA
Hello:
I have several bikes and they all have Rekluse clutches.

Was this with the Rekluse basket or OEM KTM basket?
Same for me, 6 blue springs and heavy weights were the way to go with my 2014 exc 500. The clutch would otherwise engage late and disengage too early

Jeff, are you using your spring kit with the 2020 500 exc bikes? Or do the springs that come with the CX kit work well for you?
How did the different springs work?
How come they don't make it for a 2004 for RM125
