      Seriously, to meditate you need to be solemn and comfortable. Sitting straight up pinching your fingers whilst trying not to think about your hips and feet that are starting to ache is like living in captivity under duress. Chill, lie down and namaste ❤

      Saurav Bisht not OP. But get intense crying as well. I've been meditating for a year now. But I remember crying quite early on. It's mostly triggered when you hit that point of unfiltered peace. It's like a well of warmth just pours out of your body, and with it, all negative thoughts. I find myself crying mostly whenever I've had an especially stressful experience. And when I really focus on the meditation and absolutely nothing else. Although this video has made me cry every day I listen and pay close attention. My advice is to practice longer meditations and experience crying from them, then move to the shorter ones. It's such a release.

      The music is beautiful, this type of music is perfect. Thanks the honest guys for the wonderful insight! I've listened to many meditation music, but yours' is the best of all, with the choirs and guitar plucking and soft piano, just like the music of Lord of the Rings Elf music, (just that yours is in major key). I never thought this type of "Elf Lord of the Rings" music would suit this so much. Literally felt like floating above the tree tops away from the heavy negativity below and then finding myself in tears. Subscribed.

    This is honestly the most helpful thing I've found for my anxiety. I've tried yoga but I need music and sounds and something to listen to and this has honestly saved my sanity more than I can count.

    Is it normal for tears to just fall while meditating? It has never happened to me with other guided meditations except this one. And it's not like tears of sadness, idk they're just tears. What a very remarkable meditation. Thank you!

      +Tati C It has happened to me, and others have commented that it has to them, as well, on certain meditations. I think perhaps meditation can release certain emotional blocks that maybe we don't even know we have sometimes - and that can be very cleansing and healing :)

      When I started doing yoga I cried often during the first year. I guessed that it was just something that had been stuck unconsciously and was finally being released. Same thing happened when I got acupuncture. I’m happy for you 😊

    I've had horrible anxiety and insomnia for years now and I do not like taking medication cause the side effects suck, this calmed me so much. At this point I've started my journey and hopefully everything will be okay, thank you guys ❤️

      Hi Ik this is two years later but there’s a song called weightless by macroni something like that but it reduces anxiety by65% or something like that but it really helps me so if you’re still dealing with anxiety I recommend you check it out

    I love this. This is my "go to" for any time I am feeling a rush of anxiety. I always tear up when I am told to tell myself that "I am calm, centered and at peace", because its honestly such a relief to feel the pain of anxiety go away. Thank you!

    I had an MRI test today and was feeling a bit anxious but with breath work and this meditation playing in my head I was able to get through it without hesitation.     some days i feel super super sad and worthless (prob depression but i’m not diagnosed so idk) i saw an add for headspace and tried it and i found out how much meditation actually helps the calming voice and just keeping my eyes closed imagining is so freakin calming and peaceful thank you sm for this

    My director at show choir camp showed my whole group this. Everyday we'd listen to a meditation, even in warmups before we went onstage. Every single time we did it, we'd get back up and we'd be ready to work and feel so much better. So thank you

    I love the Middle Earth meditations. However, my favorite movie series of all time is Harry Potter. Would you guys be able to do something with that? Maybe a "day off from school " at the Hogwarts castle or outside on the grounds, including characters, dragons, etc? Not sure how easy that would be to pull off, but have no doubt you guys could do it!

    I love to listen to your short meditations before I go to work or when I take a short break. They are long enough to get relaxed and short enough to fit in my schedule. I hope you can make more of these short ones. I also hope you will make a short middle earth or middle ages (castle king/queen) meditation.

      TheHonestGuys I love the short meditations for workdays. Taking 5 minutes in my car befor I get out to work, or in a silent place taking a five minute break. I'm glad I found a couple of them, so I can put a bit of variation in my meditations. I love your voice and music a lot. On the weekends I usualy listen to the longer meditations.

    I did this meditation last year in the morning before my last final exam of year 9, and it helped me so much, it was probably the best exam day of my life and I scored full marks on that exam. I felt incredible.. thanks to this video and the person/people behind it, of course. It was by far one of the best experiences I had with myself and it makes me a bit emotional for certain reasons; I try to replicate that feeling as much as possible. I'm only writing this to remember that moment and I hope that when I look back I feel just as good or even better :)

    I really try to focus myself when I do this. I've been suffering with headaches and high anxiety, and this has been helping me so much. I always end up smiling and tearing up towards the end. I feel lifted and grateful. Now I can get back to studying without worries.
