The whole bridge sequence is cool but at the same time, it also summarizes the whole movie plot. Ram's mission is regarding the country (jumps with a Flag) and Bheem's mission is to save the child from his tribe (jumps to get the child) and in this journey they exchange their missions (exchange of flag and child) and eventually succeed helping each other.

Rajamouli is keen on making his films more visual-based than dialogue-driven. He wants to tell universal stories that transcend cultural and linguistic boundaries. His early films are very heavy on dialogue. But RRR, specifically is made with the intention of the visuals driving the plot rather than the dialogues and he succeeded.

You should definitely check out the director's previous films Bahubali 1& 2, Eega, Magadheera (stars Ram Charan from RRR). Bear with the CGI as the budgets are lower the farther back you go in time.
Also, Rangasthalam is a must watch. It stars Ram Charan with his finest performance and is one of the best Indian films in recent times.
    P. S. RRR is not a Bollywood film. Bollywood only refers to Hindi-language films. RRR is a Telugu-language film from Southern India. The industry is referred to as Telugu Film Industry (TFI), Telugu Cinema or Tollywood.

One observation- throughout the first half Bheem chooses to stay in muslim household disguised in the name of Akhtar and carries Beef inside the house on regular basis. Raju thinks it is for Akhtar and his households consumption but he feeds the beef to Wild tigers and leopards instead to plan the attack on British to free Malli. There are over 10 separate/competing film industries in India that makes around 2000 films every year altogether. So, there are all kinds of movies ranging from super grounded/realistic/artsy/subtle movies all the way to ridiculously and hilariously over-the-top movies. However, only over-the-top movies make lot of buzz and noise and hence the western stereotype of "All Indian movies are over-the-top musicals". RRR happens to be one of the best over-the-top movies. SS Rajamouli makes some of the best over-the-top movies. Check his previous movies Baahubali 1&2. Baahubali 2 is still the highest grossing movie of all time within India.
These are some of the movies that are very well received by critics as well as box office hits. Baahubali 1 & 2 (Epic Fantasy, Telugu Film Industry, SS Rajamouli's two previous movies before RRR) Drishyam 1 & 2 (Malayalam Version, not the remakes) (Crime Thriller, Malayalam Film Industry) Eega (Action Fantasy, Telugu Film Industry, SS Rajamouli's another film) (Craziest and wachiest of the list) Kaithi (Action Thriller, Tamil Film Industry) Dangal (Sports Drama, Hindi Film Industry) 3 Idiots (Coming of age comedy drama, Hindi Film Industry)Vikram is the latest Tamil film that's related to Kaithi.ALso check out BARFI (2012) from bollywood .

Not all Indian films are epic, over the top, historic and high budget busters.... well, that's what's gaining the high amount of recognition world wide but I'd like you to check some grounded stuff from the southern and the North Indian cinema as well. They're not necessarily bollywood but here are some suggestions from a few directors and Actors where you can start from
    1. Films of Anurag Kashyap (Gangs of Wasseypur part 1,2)
    2. Shoojith Sircar's "Sardar Udham" (Got rejected for an oscar submission due to political reasons of how the film potrays against someone but it's very dumb of them to cancel on those aspects since we have films like Schindlers' list)
    3. Lokesh Kanagaraj's Kaithi and Vikram.... (A universe of it's own)
    4. Hey Ram by Kamal Haasan ( Like literally, he wrote, acted, directed, produced and is also a dance, make up artist, choreographer, Technician, singer and a lot of other things you can explore)
    5. And for nice romantic films that hollywood might not have ever done or seen is a film called 96 by Vijay sethupathi and Trisha

Did u notice the steam scenes in the movie - fire + water = vapour / steam
When they meet at first the train which runs by STEAM makes them meet .
Only when the burning compartment hits water ( fire meets water ) - next shot is ram meets bheem
    Cut
Dosti song we have a train scene when they both enjoy Rajamouli again shows both jumping on either sides of train with steam
    Cut
Ram and Bheema fight when the key is lost
The whole sequence of the dual is made on the background of STEAM
    Both
    As fire meets water
    And cleverly
    To emphasize there body structures
    Cut
    To climax
When they both meet and ram calls bheem to end the regime
They both jump and steam was used
The movie also shows for every ram there must be a bheem
Ram tries for year with his intellect to attain freedom but bheem does the job finally without any calculation
So only bheem kills all the protagonists stating - planning is done by ram and execution by bheem

I know you guys are not going to commit to this. I'm no professional and all but as a fellow cinema lover, I have a recommendation. Something that I very deeply believe is a gem to the Indian cinema yet people are unaware of it in India itself. Just like RRR opened your eyes to the beauty of Indian cinema, I believe now is the right time you watched this piece from Assam (Another State in India). The name of the movie is called AAMIS in the local language and THE RAVENING in English. One of the most renowned directors of India (ANURAG KASHYAP) highly pushed on this movie but it didn't really do enough. As this was a debut film by the Assamese director (BHASKAR HAZARIKA). It was also debuts for both the leading actors who in my eyes absolutely nailed it. I just can't put enough words together to describe how good this piece of cinema is. This movie is so min budget but it stands undefeated in my top 10 favourite films of all time and I've watched a lot of quality cinema. I have a good eye for quality cinemas and THE RAVENING is one of the most beautifully crafted pieces. It is so different and beautiful from the usual crap we see every day. It ranks even higher than the mighty PARASITE we all love so much and again I'm not exaggerating at all. It's just like how you recommend someone to watch RRR and they aren't serious about it and you know that they are willingly choosing to live a worse life. Believe me, you are making the same mistake if you don't take this movie seriously. As a fellow cinema lover, I wholeheartedly request you to please have a go at this . This will be so much different to RRR or the other traditional Indian Bollywood-like films. This is quality cinema. An Artist's work is not to deliver what the audience wants, but what the audience deserves and BHASKAR did just that. And you all deserve to watch this movie so please check it out if you can and do a review on it if you loved the film. You could really help this movie to reach a larger audience which it so desperately deserves.
you can rent the movie on Moviesaints.com
In case you don't get it I've just attached a drive link below.
