      You were absolutely ignorant when you said ‘RRR is an Indian film and its in Hindu’. Come on man! This is 2022 and you still do not know the difference between Hindu and Hindi but you want to create content on an Indian film and want people to watch it? Please do some good research! The world is now a smaller place with digital streaming platforms and there are tonnes of international audience who watch Indian films. But still you couldn’t differentiate between ‘Hindu’ and ‘Hindi’. Please grow up or stop reviewing Indian films if you continue to being ignorant!

    It sometimes pains me when someone says that the colonizers are over the top villainous in the movie. They open fired on a peaceful gathering of 10000 people celebrating a festival and killed millions of Indians in artificial famines, and dropped our share in global trade from 25% to 2%, I am like just how much more villainous can they be.
    but I am happy that u liked the movie. 😊😊

If you haven't then please do some research and then decide your self. More then 100,000 innocent people were killed brutally by the British. Whatever you saw in RRR movie is not the over the top villainous portrayal of English people. It's no way near to the real things happened in the history. That's my point.

      No, thank you. I didn't mean to make it sound like the British were over-the-top, I meant the actor who plays the Governor. Ray Stevenson. While the reality of the British was far worse, there were definitely bad dialogues written for the British villians - very cartoonish. Same with the actors -- though that can't be helped, it's hard to get a whole cast of Western actors (rates, union) to act in Indian cinema. But the writing for the villians could have been much more sophisticated and less cartoonish. You can show the same tragedy in many ways.

    Bolywood is the Hindi language film industry in India and there are a bunch of other language film industries also like tollywood which is telugu language film industry.
    And yes S S Rajamouli is one of the greatest film director in india.

    @Flaccid Phoenix Human archtictecure is a form of festival in Hinduism. Songs and music represents very important role in freedom struggle in Indian history. It really emotes a person towards ultimate goal. There are many such examples in Indian history. A new state is formed in India in 2014.
    with revolutionary songs. Bheem has tremondious strength and also innocence. He represents both bheem and lord Hanuman who unites Ram and Seetha as per Ramayana the INDIAN mythology.

    haaaa Zaxx .. you should have played the trailer in the beginning. Few facts of info for you and other audience.. Indians generally hate the word "Bollywood" Please use Indian cinema. BTW, Indian Cinema caters to multiple language audience, assume there is a common Movie Industry in Europe where you have movies made simultaneously in multiple languages and suddenly Italian cinema comes up with an action adventure about 2nd world war in epic proportions.... This is very similar......

    • @zaxx
      @zaxx  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I knew this wasn't "Bollywood" but I didn't know what to call it. Indian Cinema works! It's amazing, no matter what it's called. Hollywood can't or won't make anything as good as this.

    • @manyfacedonegod7243
      @manyfacedonegod7243 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@zaxx Please see the movie in Telugu Language, though its shot in Telugu and Tamil simultaneously for most part of it. Telugu is the native tongue of majority of the cast and the director. Not sure about its availability in US, I can see Telugu version available for rent in TH-cam with subtitles. Please watch the trailer at first. Baahubali 1 and 2 (The beginning and The conclusion) are parts of same story and if possible watch them simultaneously (hope you have 6hrs to spend at a stretch). Both movies have Intervals.. which makes the movie similar to 4 part Mini Series. The time narrative in the movies is in a 3-1-2-4 Format which makes it highly effective but a bit confusing for subtitle readers.. When you start watching the 1st Movie, its equivalent to seeing Third part of the 4 part Mini series. One more confusing element for western audience is about the Main character. There are 2 Heros in this Movie. Mahendra Baahubali (Shivudu) and Amarendra Baahubali. Baahubali is the last name for both Father and Son characters and both are played by the same actor Prabhas. Do not check any reviews or comments about this movie and do not watch Part 2 trailer as well; they may contain Huge Spoilers. End of Part 1 is a Huge cliffhanger.. (I can say bigger ever in Indian movies) As these movies are shot with very less budget compared to RRR, you may not enjoy the CGI so much, do have low expectations.. Nevertheless it would be an awesome movie watching experience. Please check out Eega movie Trailer from here th-cam.com/video/4Cw-n7VsOAc/w-d-xo.html This is one of best works of SS Rajamouli, made just before Baahubali Franchise. I am sure you would have never seen such a concept and execution in western movies. Enjoy. Thanks for asking this question though.., I think Western audience need to understand the background of Indian movies a bit before watching to appreciate them better... hence this long reply. Sorry about that.
