God Bless You! I 💜 your workouts but with Fibromyalgia it's hard to get on the floor and do jacks or burpees cause of my bad knees. This is perfect - can't wait to try it!!

I've tried other workouts in the past year, but none compare to yours! I keep my favorites in a playlist and just added this to the rotation. It is "PURE FIRE"!!! I always feel like a got a lot of bang for the 10-20 minutes I spend with you all. Also, thank you for providing a separate warm up and cool down. I really enjoy mixing things up. I think my life just changed...I had to pause a few times cause I could feel my heart rate getting way up there. I haven't worked out in over 3 years and really even then, I wasn't healthy as a kid. Just using this video to even begin moving my body feels so so good. I know I need to learn how to focus and activate muscles, and I'll get there in time, but from the bottom of my heart THANK-YOU for making this so easy, quick, and straight forward. @@Mrandmrsmuscle for me first workout I only made it to the 12 minute mark.....is it still gonna be effective?? Can I break it like that and maybe do the other half in a little while??? I truly pushed myself but as an overweight person the knees to elbow is the HARDEST .....It's almost like my legs won't come up that far

This workout was great! I was able to focus on stabilizing my core instead of worrying about my knees which in turn resulted in a great sweaty workout! :-)
