This is definitely one of the most unique layouts and style. The fact that its a townhome and bigger than most homes is just 😍(pool included). The black, cement accents, the wood doors the rooftop 🫶🏾
Loved the arches and the rooftop area. But I HATE walking in the front door and BAM dining room table and 2 feet later BAM couch. And 3 feet away from that is the kitchen. Nowhere for guests to hang their coats and take off their shoes. All these modern homes are designed thinking the main way in will be the garage. But guests come in through the front! Drives me crazy. Beautiful home overall.
Seems like the island could have had some storage space. Kind of a waist of some storage possibilities to me but the home is very nice. *Update….now that I’ve seen the butler’s pantry, never mind…lol. Surprised there is not a small elevator in that home.
By the 1st floor elevation I thought there would be a basement. That’s weird that it sits up that high off the ground and there isn’t one. Loved the house! Would have loved to see the garage and guest house!
Very, very, VERY stylish. You know, I'm British ;- an Electrician and Lighting designer actually, but I've always been blown away at how American Interior Designers can create cosy room-zones out of one massive open concept room. I notice that pretty much EVERYTHING is super-sized so as to achieve the feeling of perfect scale. But just look at the supreme quantity of everything !!! Wow. Thanks for the tour.
Almost, a smidge Mediterranean... which I love. My favs the cabinets upper/lower, concrete, matte black/brown, grays, the jewelry (lighting/tiles/gold tones), the doors, I'd like to see honey toned ceiling beams on first floor, and I kinda wish the dining room table-that side of the room was centered with the window... everything was beautiful. My second fav is YOUR "woo!" of excitement when you saw something you liked. ☺
Love the pantries! Half bath is near the kitchen where the cook can use it easily (less chance of cooking mishaps while gone). Would consider trading it with butlers pantry so it has hall access instead of opening directly into the living area, for reasons. Lots of storage. Would be tempted to convert this into a terrace flat design with garage at the basement level. Could tuck in an elevator for access... The laundry is upstairs where most bulky laundry is generated.
[Addendum] Love the arched doorways generous master bedroom space, as well as rooftop deck. There is a place locally that this could fit perfectly, with the suggested mods...
I love this home, especially the black exterior, modern touches, and all of the arched doorways and doors. Imagine accidentally overthrowing the cornhole bag, and it flies off the roof 😂
OMG love love love it!!! Ive never seen a townhouse so huge! Archways are my favorite thing!! I was lost/confused downstairs let alone upstairs. Aaaawww to have money!! Thanks for the tour.
Very nicely executed. Would have loved to see the guesthouse & garage. Enjoyed the wet & dry kitchens. This is an unpredictably large & beautiful home/converted condo.
Magnificent design. Love the arched doorways and doors, light fixtures, 5he concrete island, sinks and tub and oh my gosh, that master suite bathroom is every women's dream. Thanks for 5his beautiful design Mike Stephens and %hak you Timothy for sharing this gorgeous home with us.
I have no words. I'm speechless. Absolutely spectacular. And from your commentary, it seems you feel the same way. 😂. Thank you so much for the tour. I hope a great family buys the home and enjoys it. Very fine taste of the decorators and builders. Chef's kiss!💋
This is by far the best home I have seen on any of your videos Timothy!!!! My dream retirement home. Hopefully soon… great video, keep up the good work
Timothy, this can't be a townhouse!! This looks just like a regular home 🏠🏡 they don't have townhomes like this, where I live!! This is like you stepped out of a movie 🎥🎥🍿🍿!! This is completely stunning. Every room is just fabulous, The Kitchen is like a Maze. The Laundry Room is like another room, not where you fold clothes. The Upstairs is simply adorable, wide open spaces. The Balcony is just amazing. What more can you ask for!! That price is insane. You never have to worry about enough room. This is just way too much!! You are stepping up with this one!! Thank You for sharing this mind-blowing townhouse with your subscribers.😊😊😊😊😊😊
Absolutely knock-down stunning home. I am in love with the layout. I love the tiles on the first floor. I thought it was wood flooring - gorgeous. BTW, the 2nd and 3rd floors in the diagram are labeled wrong.🤭🤫
All I can say is WOW!!!!, I’m ready to move in right now, I could definitely be at home living there. It has everything you need, want and then some more. Absolutely, just give me the keys already. Beautiful, beautiful home. Well done.
I really love the colour palette choice throughout the house and the arched doors, which give a cosy ambience to this home. Great layout and design and the pool is a bonus to have.
Mike Stevens Homes for the win! Yes, I love this place Tim. I just today decided to look for townhomes in Tenn. , and then you pop up with this beauty. Except this isn't a townhome it's a townmansion, and the price point matches the quality. The only thing I'm not a fan of is a front door entering basically into the kitchen, but otherwise it's a great place.
The house is simply gorgeous. Modern kitchen, modern plumbing, very cool roof. I would like to live in a house like this. The designers exceeded all expectations.
Much prefer that kitchen cabinets flow to the ceiling instead of offering a dust collection space. The nook atop the cabinets offers little to the decor that could be accomplished with trim and cabinets that control the ceiling.
This is simply stunning and refreshingly updated with all the modern upgrades. Was just wondering was the adjacent building behind the pool a garage? If so, it's just added icing to the cake. It appeared that is connected to the home by way of hallway
Wow!!!!! I love this townhouse ❤❤❤❤I have lived in a three story townhome before but nothing like this before this is a dream townhome; in Texas you really get more bang for the buck…..I just love this beautiful house…..WOW!!!!!!!
I'm not into town homes, but this is beautiful, and I feel like you get a lot for the price. $1.8mil isn't getting you something that large and nice in my area.
WOW this home most certainly is very unique 🙀🙀I love everything that this home is serving. The finishes are so beautiful the doors are everything. This could be my dream home.I just need an elevator and I will be set.
I just love how many wood tones they use, and blend it with an unexpected gray marble island. I’ve never considered and would never consider a gray marble island like that until now. There are traditional elements in the kitchen and modern elements and they transition throughout the whole house! This is so beautiful and cozy and elegant but approachable. It doesn’t feel so high end that it’s uncomfortable to be in. Is it just me or do you guys and girls feel like a lot of super high-end furniture almost gets corny? Anywho. Wow
OMG... This is an absolutely gorgeous place if you're in to heights. I really love the arches throughout the place, guesthouse, pool w/huttub, pantry and butler pantry, sun room with the brick on either side, built-in in all the WIC, balcony off the master bedroom, raised sinks in 2 of the bathrooms. The 3rd floor, OMG.. I do like that deck, but I'm afraid of heights.
Timothy you did a great showing of this massive townhome. But, I was turned off. The colors and materials just crept up my spine with chills and shrills. I thought I was just in a bad mood from a challenging work evening. But, I patiently watched. It got no better. But, thanks for showing it👍🏾😀!
Love it all. The only thing I’d change is the furniture layout in a couple of spots. Very well done. BTW-round or curved usually equates to 5x min. costs 😅
I’m in love the kitchen and living room and dining room that was very open plan it remind me one of my roommate aunt and uncle house in colorado this is very comfort it make people that don’t want to remodeling ever again after this lol
the pool open rainwater and off the roofs theylll be closing it in eventually if permits allow .. theres no other way makes sense for other weather conditions
I like the arch features reminds me of a really cozy bungalow. I just found out bungalows originate in British Indies in the 19th century. Then this style of course spread all over the US.
Love the arches and arched doors, love the gas range the amount of storage is great. You said that the hood above the range was stucco, well can't clean that at all so that is a definite NO.
Nice place, odd that the island has no cabinetry associated with it - just a large, hollow void built up with the finish countertop and waterfall edge. Obviously there are enough cabinets overall with the pantry but still. Also, bad Feng shui to have a beam dividing the couple’s bed beneath it. Huge open shower will be cold with the water volume moving the air around you wide open to the bathroom. Love the party room and rooftop decks!
This is definitely one of the most unique layouts and style. The fact that its a townhome and bigger than most homes is just 😍(pool included). The black, cement accents, the wood doors the rooftop 🫶🏾
And the 'Hobbit doors'. 😂😂
@noraelliott7304 And the hobbit doors 😂. I would prefer them to be taller and wider.
@@Reese_Cup Agreed. Maybe they are for 'real' hobbits. 😂
Wow just wow! I would get lost for a year! No thank you cleaning it
Hi all! I’m the homeowner - I can assure you, no hobbits live here.
Nothing is missing in this townhouse. Everything you need is right there. Stunning!
It's missing a foyer.
Maybe the guests leave their coats in the car with their drivers? 😂
Seems like the island could have had some storage space. Kind of a waist of some storage possibilities to me but the home is very nice. *Update….now that I’ve seen the butler’s pantry, never mind…lol.
Surprised there is not a small elevator in that home.
That townhouse goes crrrraaaazzzyyy!!! The interior designer/decorators killed it.
By the 1st floor elevation I thought there would be a basement. That’s weird that it sits up that high off the ground and there isn’t one. Loved the house! Would have loved to see the garage and guest house!

Wow, that open room design is stunning. The large fireplace is incredible, very fitting to the space. This home . . . wow, wow, wow!
Almost, a smidge Mediterranean... which I love. I L❤VE IT! The layout, architecture, design, furniture, decor, colors…everything! My dream design.
This home is gorgeous. Best looking townhome I've ever seen.
Love the pantries! Half bath is near the kitchen where the cook can use it easily (less chance of cooking mishaps while gone). Would consider trading it with butlers pantry so it has hall access instead of opening directly into the living area, for reasons.

Stunning home from exterior to interior but for that price no way I want someone living next to me.
I love this home, especially the black exterior, modern touches, and all of the arched doorways and doors.
Imagine accidentally overthrowing the cornhole bag, and it flies off the roof 😂
I was thinking about that as I was editing lol
@@TimothyPLivingstoncan always have that Area screened in
I was thinking the same thing for that cornhole area. They could put in a screen that could rise behind it.
Simply stunning. This house is what dreams are made of. Thank you for sharing.
Wow, an amazing home. Love the arches and the arched doors.
I adore this design! A bit unnecessarily massive, but my, does it not disappoint.
OMG love love love it!!! Ive never seen a townhouse so huge! Archways are my favorite thing!! I was lost/confused downstairs let alone upstairs. Aaaawww to have money!! Thanks for the tour.
Yeah but you would not want to pay those HOA fees that's for sure
@joelanderson7118 oh I'd never would live anywhere there is an HOA. Heard too many horror stories.
Very nicely executed.
Would have loved to see the guesthouse & garage.
Enjoyed the wet & dry kitchens.
This is an unpredictably large & beautiful home/converted condo.
Very stylish home but I think it should have an elevator.

I can't seem to get it out of my mind. The rooftop terrace is everything
this place is amazing - Wooow. Father I declare I shall experience staying in Fabulous places like this Yeess.
This is my dream home...I'm with you Mr Timothy I love the arch way doors..very nice
What a beauty, love the layout and design. The color scheme is gorgeous, I am a fan of neutral colors. The tile floor with the chevron look is a plus.
Now this is my jam. Absolutely magnificent
Stunning townhouse.
So classy and warm and inviting. I'd never leave home again lol!
I loved that massive refrigerator.
I have no words. I'm speechless. Absolutely spectacular. And from your commentary, it seems you feel the same way. 😂. Thank you so much for the tour. I hope a great family buys the home and enjoys it. Very fine taste of the decorators and builders. Chef's kiss!💋
I’m the homeowner and I appreciate your comments! I might be biased, but I happen to think a great family does live here! Take care!
This is gorgeous. I’m taking notes… I want this in a single family
This is by far the best home I have seen on any of your videos Timothy!!!! My dream retirement home. Hopefully soon… great video, keep up the good work
Beautiful home! Love all the furnishings, decoratives, and materials used in this house.

This is by far the Best Townhouse/House I have EVER seen!!!!! The Best. Hands Down. And I’m comparing it to the Atlanta Market!!!
All I can say is WOW!!!!, I’m ready to move in right now, I could definitely be at home living there. It has everything you need, want and then some more. Absolutely, just give me the keys already. Beautiful, beautiful home. Well done.
The Baja shelf in the pool is a great feature!!
Gorgeous!!! This home totally took me by surprise! It is so different than anything I've ever seen. I wish I could see it in person.
I really love the colour palette choice throughout the house and the arched doors, which give a cosy ambience to this home. Great layout and design and the pool is a bonus to have.

Love the inside . Hate the outside . It looks like a freaking mausoleum!
Perfection. Only thing missing is a home theater!
Beautiful, and love the arches and pool
Beautiful home!! Spectacular details!! Very very nice!!
It's a prep kitchen area at 6:23. Nice with the arch ways that create a nostalgia. The details are extraordinaire.
Much prefer that kitchen cabinets flow to the ceiling instead of offering a dust collection space. The nook atop the cabinets offers little to the decor that could be accomplished with trim and cabinets that control the ceiling.

That townhouse is huge.😮 1:18
I’d put my wines and wine fridge: plus a coffee station in that second kitchen…. That’s what it is.
Wow!!!!! I love this townhouse ❤❤❤❤I have lived in a three story townhome before but nothing like this before this is a dream townhome; in Texas you really get more bang for the buck…..I just love this beautiful house…..WOW!!!!!!!
Wonderful design and nice details, rounded doors, my only would be space for an elevator.
They decorated it very traditional when the vibe calls for a modern edge.
People in TN don’t like it too modern
Wow, that is not traditional to me. Pretty fancy looking.
I'm not into town homes, but this is beautiful, and I feel like you get a lot for the price. $1.8mil isn't getting you something that large and nice in my area.
THIS is STUNNING!!!!!!!
Stunning! Love the arched front door! Great tour!
Love everything about this house, plenty of bang for your buck
This neighborhood is right down the road from me. Northshore Town Center - lots of beautiful houses Mike Stevens has built!
This is a beautiful home, it lacks nothing, and everything is very satisfying, I had no complaints ❤
Wow, now I see why it’s so open when you come in, because it’s plenty of separation upstairs. Beautiful
Dude Timothy … you have a heavy foot when you walk!!!! Like WOW!
Every time you took a step … I could hear your foot thump the floor!!!!
Beautiful home. Your presentation is Real versus Stuffy.
At the top of the best if not the best you ever shown on your channel!
For me being A senior citizen those doors and cabinets are perfect. 😊
One of the most beautiful Townhomes I’ve ever seen!! Perfectly laid out and staged!! Only thing it needs is an elevator 😂
They cut up might be for a beverage fridge. One is larger ones
I would never live in a townhome but this has changed my mind completely, just wow😍😍😍😍👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Immaculate…..The best I’ve seen in a town house…!!! 🤯😱🤗
Just starting, and this place was so well staged! Beautiful furniture
What a Beautiful Townhouse! Modern but warm & inviting only thing missing is a Pot Filler Above the Gas Stove!
I am the homeowner and I wish I had done a pot filler too!! Thanks for your comments!
This house is gorgeous!
WOW this home most certainly is very unique 🙀🙀I love everything that this home is serving. The finishes are so beautiful the doors are everything. This could be my dream home.I just need an elevator and I will be set.

Beautiful Home - I just wish it had just a little more backyard green space - but If I had the finances I would definitely purchase
Wow just wow and then some. This house is bad to the bone 🍗 ♠️♣️🖤🎱. I'm taking those plans with me for future reference
It is gorgeous its every person 's dream😊
That laundry room is Amazing!
Agreed, the rounded doors should have been carried throughout the space.
The island is finished concrete as well as the sink. Very timely design! Archway doors are kinda over ornate. Standard door ways are just fine.
It is beautiful tucked away in between the other townhomes
😊
Love this home. Townhouse or single standing it's fantastic!
Awesome, unigue, open, lI love the doorways and especially the picket doors
Gorgeous home love the open concept ❤

I loved the view from the second floor. Was that the "blue" Tennessee mountains that they talk about?
