I love my Zulus, I've put it on a few of my rifles and the ballistic table with laser range finder is very impressive! Have it on my 308 for hunting season this fall, can't wait, had my son hitting steel at 400 meters, hold over was bang on!

Hi MrDausen: It is a pretty nifty bit of kit. I've only had it so far on this AR in the video but it does seem to work pretty much as advertised. I recently got a picatinny for my Anschutz 22LR and I mounted the Zulus on it. So it should be interesting to try it on that. Ok brother thanks for watching and commenting.

Hi burville: It does seem like it works. After looking at the video I could have done a better job of focusing the thing. This may warrant me going north to the range there for longer distance. Be interesting. Many of the vids I watched to figure out out to work the thing are from folks in the UK. You guys put them on pellet rifles.

As I said, Pretty cool dude. great for varmint use,, now for another subject, company's like the one that made the Zulus are trying to simplify an optic to appeal to military use so the can get a contract with our Government. if you noticed that open sights on the M-16A4's are barley used if at all anymore with the Super "Red dot" the mount on it today, As you and I both know Marksmanship training is a thing of the past because it's not the weapon we use to fight conflicts with and rifles are seldom used anymore, that started a change during the end of the Vietnam conflict. Our military popular "Yes" men at the top who decide on that stuff believe that if we outfit our troops with B-B guns and put out enough B-B's at the enemy ( wall of B-B's) at them, they will give up to evade any more of that and Hurray for us,, we win and it's a double barrel "F" you to them. to them, it's the ships, aircraft, tanks, laser's, satellites, cell phones, computer's, missile's, all working with each other like a video game.. and the single solder really doesn't count for much anymore. I look at the Japanese troops in WW-2, all they had was a rice bowl, maybe (If lucky) a hand grenade, a cast receiver rifle with a wielded on sheet metal non adjustable front and rear sight, maybe 20 rounds of ammo, and a hole in the stock to run a rope through to use as a sling. I feel something is missing from the shape of our military or maybe I'm a dinosaur and my time has passed. Peace out dude, Btw, good review - Dave

Boy you said a mouthful. If you're a dinosaur then what does that make me? Fossil? .... the missing link perhaps. But seriously, shit is getting seriously weird. Interesting but weird. Oh and evil. Take care Dave.
