It’s actually so true. Every time I drove through Eastbourne it looked dead and Hastings next to it is filled with foreign exchange students.
It's so true I live in bexhill which is between hastings and Eastbourne . And if I have to go shopping I will Always prefer Eastbourne. The foreign students are completely unaware of the other people around them .
