Then you have to re-train. People always talk about diet and weight on this, but they are talking out of their ass.
Im glad that the injury didn't debilitate him permanently, most people wouldn't recover from what happened to him fully, let alone to the point you could go back to parkour... Massive kudos to him 👌
The friendship these guys have is incredible. I was initially pulled in by their skills but I’ve stayed because of the genuine connection they all have with each other.
When you do what they do, you gotta have 100% faith in your mates.. it's a literal life or death scenario sometimes. I cannot disagree with you though. Me and my old skating pals were solid like Storror are and we still are today, bonds that will never break 👌🥰
Yea, they make really good videos that are really engaging. Other creators like phat and Dom tomato are more skilled, but their videos just aren't as good to watch.

@@CraigSimmonds actually, he had already been off training and put a lot of weight on before that injury happened. I'm not sure what triggered him to stop training. He had just come back to training when the injury happened.
