You know how to get good? You practice for hours a day. Every day. R&B and country was what I was playing when I was ten. I’m 36 now. I never gave up. I got to play with some of the biggest acts around including Luda, J Simpson, Lynyrd Skynyrd etc. Metal will give you that inspiration to keep going deep into music. R&B is just a computer program.

It’s crazy cause I grew up listening to hip hop and r&b but my parents moved to Maine where I finished high school and I met some friends there and they put me on to metal and I was amazed on how they played the guitar and drums one group was called cannibal corpse crazy af 😂
5:30 the actual song has lyrics. You watched specifically the drum playthrough. Unless you meant doesn't have lyrics as in they are incomprehensible. Then on that note, it's less about what is being said and more about the emotion of it and/or the voice as another instrument.
When it comes to deathcore music I personally like to listen to this kinda music only with headphones on, even when I'm out in public just bcuz if u heard the lyrics specifically to this song its very violent and people who are not metal heads tend to automatically think deathcore music is satanic bcuz of the constant screaming. This type of music definitely is not for everyone and as far as the drumming to this song that guy can play that fast bcuz he's been drumming for many years plus u need to have really good arm strength to be able to keep up with such a fast paced song
He's not actually playing btw he's just playing along with no mics. He cant actually execute every hit because their drums are programmed. Thats why they dont tour or play live. They're basically a meme studio band. That being said its still awesome.
@@red_tide he can probably play it, but it would sound nothing like it does in this video. The snare drum is locked in at 127 velocity despite the different sticking heights, and not to mention that gravity blast sounds so fake
