I know how it is, a couple of weeks ago I was drawing on one of my comic projects for many hours a day. The thing is when you are not working, you feel guilty because you know you COULD be working. In addition, when you throw countless hours into something you are passionate about and interested in, you don't feel how tired you actually get before it hits hard! When I finally told myself to take a real break after a month of intense work, and most importantly promising to myself that I'm not going to make plans or think about the project during the break, it was a true breath of relief!
Remember to plug this channel A LOT, so that you can actually make a living from it. Love glitch shorts, best desition you've made with your career! Love you and your work

If I may suggest something to try and help, swap “every day” for a much more manageable every two or three days, or even a week. You can spend time working on the main channel the other day(s) and make moola or just something you want to work on, like the Chaos Remake.

Honestly I was just so happy to see glitch videos again on the channel, and plus I completely forgot about the passion projects you were working on on the sidelines. Plus posting daily is NOT easy, there’s a reason why most content creators take breaks in between the process or afterwards if it’s short-term. When I initially heard you were doing these videos every single day, I thought it was way too much for anyone. They’ve been so great every single day, but I would think for anyone, it would be too much to keep up with or would burn anyone out. When you start posting on the glitch shorts again, I recommend just doing it maybe 3 or 4 times a week instead of every single day. You could maybe even do a weekly upload of just one with a few fun glitches in it from a few games. I hope to see more of your videos soon. Keep up the great work and don’t burn yourself out!

I've been there, and scaling back from work is always a good thing. I love my current hobby and everything but it often gives me terrible burn out and I can't work on anything due to that, it makes me... Mad! So, yeah, I'm glad I got to see this channel grow. Until then and for more Glitch Shorts and Son of a Glitch in the future, cheers.
I understand your decision completely! While I will miss the Glitch shorts greatly, I am excited for their return and will still be here when you get back! Also, I know you mentioned wanting to post a video every day this year, and while sadly it looks like you can't do that this year don't give up hope! As a weird suggestion from one viewer, if you still want to make that dream happen, shoot for next year! Take the rest of 2021 slow. You still got 10 and a half months left of this year, so don't over work yourself! Take your break now, then take another break here in a few more months, maybe even a third break! Enjoy yourself and your year, and use the free time to keep stock piling up on videos. Get yourself a nice comfy buffer zone, then go into 2022 swinging with a ton of videos ready to upload, so that the videos your working on at the moment don't have to be done nearly as quickly! Once again, thats just my random thoughts. Honestly a video everyday for a year sounds incredibly hard even with a massive buffer room of pre made content, and with how frequently new glitches/bugs are disconvered/patched out im not sure how well that would work for your specific content either. This is just my thoughts and advise for if you did still want to make that goal real, however don't feel any guilt at all if you just don't wanna do it anymore! There is always next year, or we can just be a bit more patient haha.
