yes bhai , 70"X26" inches. Width if found good, but the depth should be little more say atleast 30 inches.

But use krne ka experience thoda sa kam mjedar hojta hai

What is desk depth required for ergonomic sitting if my monitor size is 32 inches?
I have this desk depth around 26 inch and monitor size 24 inch and i dont feel its enough.
I would recommend to get atleast 32 -36 inch depth
If you have the monitor just keep it on any desk and see from how far you feel the perfect distance

No Memory doesnt get reset when we switchoff the table. Yes 18 mm is enough.

@@TheTechEscape I got my frame from Ergologic. The frame is 3 stage dual motor and of good quality. But the warranty is 5 years at the same price. The price will reduce if you go for less warranty.

I bought the table; it doesn't look like as shown in the video. The table is not stable even in the sitting position, the remote is cheap quality and again not like in the video. Shoeb is the person who has provided me the link of this video and when I told him that the parts are not as show in the video he stopped responding.
Guys please don't trust the TH-cam review he is very good at convincing, and don't buy the cheap quality table if you just add 2 or 3 k more to your budget you will get the branded ones..
