It has nothing to do with sexual harassment. It's actually worse then that. It was degrading and it was harassment towards those girls as humans. And he did it because he can and because he wanted to do that not because he didn't know what he was doing. He is a bully and he should've been fired.

The fact that he didn't fire Jimbo doesn't really show any or respect to the girls either. People having fired for much less. I believe that people can change but I don't believe that Jimbo can change so much that he has changed his work ethic, management skills and his attitude towards women. Look everyone, I know that the manager was a bully but it doesn't mean that he will always be like that forever because I believe that people change and sometimes you just got to give a second chance for people like this. Just understand that people are like pencils and sometime people make mistakes that's why there are erasers on top of the pencils. There may still be people out there without erasers on their pencils and the best way to make it right is by giving them an eraser and show them that there is a right way.

this is what I hate about fast food/restaurant jobs is that they throw you onto the floor with no training assuming you will thrive and then don't understand why you're slow...anytime I would train new employees I would be so patient with them because even though I've been working there for years and everything came naturally I would think back to my first day and how stressed and clueless I was.

I've been binge watching. Unfortunately, you can tell that most, if not all are rehearsed and scripted. Every 'employee' involved is fully aware who they dealing with and what this is for. But the end result, whether real or fake, has a nice feel to it.
