How about paying your workers better and not sucking the life out of them. Take some personal responsibility.

Look everyone, I know that the manager was a bully but it doesn't mean that he will always be like that forever because I believe that people change and sometimes you just got to give a second chance for people like this. Just understand that people are like pencils and sometime people make mistakes that's why there are erasers on top of the pencils. There may still be people out there without erasers on their pencils and the best way to make it right is by giving them an eraser and show them that there is a right way.
