I wondered if the hall designs were all the same. Where I live in NZ, to accommodate their smaller halls they have bought up not only the section where they will build the hall but the 2 - 3 houses each side and have sect members live in them so they can keep an eye on the halls. In one area they bought all the houses in a deadend street and built the hall at the end. They now have to have signs up on the fence as well saying its a PBCC hall otherwise they don't get the rates rebate available to churches.
