@@edouardesc No, actually. They have chance to revamp the song until stage performance, just like Dutch entry last year, studio and stage version was in completely different pitch in their case. Or dance-break edit in Armenia. So I believe she can improve this until May.

This year we have a lot of songs in native languages, so it's a perfect time for her to shine with Icelandic. In my opinion, the English version sounds a bit generic, so I'm afraid her song would get lost among all the others.
I'll be honest, I was not expecting this result, but I'm pleasantly surprised! Hera really did deliver the vocal performance of the night and I'm excited to see this seasoned performer in Malmö! It doesn't hurt that this song is really catchy. Besides, if my favorite Sigga Ózk couldn't win, then I'm very happy with Hera.

Hera is a Eurovision veteran and must have a fair idea that the chances of this qualifying are slim. So I would say it is 50:50 she goes at all. But congratulations on the success.

I am surprised by this song because the title would have spoken of angst but this relates to finding unexpected love if she follows her fans request for this to be sung in her native language it could still go far either way it will certainly grow on me
I remember Hera as she also represented Iceland in 2010 , she is looking so good after 14 years. This entry is OK, hopefully in the final she will maximise on her full vocals. Also she was a backing singer for Iceland in 2009.
Poland is guaranteed too for me ngl, it doesnt go anywhere and falls flat + its in one of the strongest halfs there ever was at Eurovision, the 1st half in the 1st semifinal is absolutely stacked. It will be forgotten in between songs like Ukraine, Croatia, Serbia, Cyprus etc
@@leiva3364everything will depend on live performance. Luna said on interviews there will be some revamp in eurovision on the bridge and that it will sound much better on the stage. Also we have huge diaspora so for me we are almost sure qualifiers

Some Icelanders here say they are disturbed by the mixing of politics into the contest. Remember 2019: It was Icelandic singers who raised the Palestinian flag in Israel.
The question now is: Will Iceland withdraw voluntarily if Israel joins? For months Icelanders had been talking about protesting the contest. I think the Icelandic people who did not elect Murad should withdraw from the competition to protest Israel. This way, Hera won't be upset by making it to the semi-finals.
I think she already confirmed that she's planning on going. If she backtracked now, it wouldn't go over well with the people who voted for her. I kinda think she might've made it because apart from Bashar, she was the only one who outright said that she will go.
