Probably because of how it sounds live, I think the studio version is absolutely brilliant and I will definitely be listening to this after esc, but the live version is a complete abomination sadly, which is probably what's letting her down 😢

Winner material
They should incorporate more of this video concept into their staging or go with a completely different storyline direction rather than have generic sexy moves which easily gets lost in the mix at Eurovision in my opinion. They could start still and as the sing progress, they starts dancing rather than just starting off dancing and having no levels or progression. It just isn't visually interesting.
Overall the live was a bit rough vocally and staging boring to be frank. Unfortunately she sounded out of breath the whole time and it was hard to digest the song. I hope she cleans up her vocals with some breathwork exercises. Dancing shouldn't mean the vocals should be sacrificed. The soft parts should be smoother with more depth rather than sometimes whispering in the live and then when it escalates to the more grudge portions there should be more intensity but not too surface shouty imo. Just my two cents anyways. Hope they implement some changes to elevate the song. Good luck Czechia

I always likeCzechia songs in eurovision but there is a problem that I realized last year. In 2023, the song was my fav but there was a huge difference between original music and on stage. When I listened first, I felt in love with it but they didnt perform on stage well in 2023. Their voices were weak so much and I could not hear the voices that I was supposed to be hearing. I hope they won't make such a mistake this year.

Honestly probably both votes were rigged or hacked somehow but the International vote definitely was.. I didn't even vote for it but MYDY were obviously the big fan favorite and by an absolute mile. I voted for Tom Sean but thought it was pointless anyway because I was sure MYDY was going to take the international vote by a landslide.. People justifying this just have to be crazy lmao she had double the votes of the 2nd place in the international vote while having probably the worst or 2nd worst live performance, it doesn't make sense
I love this. I actually find myself singing it on random times during my day.
She needs to improve the staging a lot. I don't think dancing is essential. She should just find a cool and unique concept, become something like a "snob-Ice Queen". And as the song progresses she is climbing higher and higher on a HUGE pedestal on stage. But in order to achieve it she has to deliver that feeling in stage. Be as immobile as possible and focus on her attitude and unique - Shakirish voice!
