Head out, enjoy the water and stay safe. Always wear your PFD and let others know where you're going. Remain within the limits of your equipment and skill set. For example don't try to paddle to Kangaroo Island on your brand new $200 Kayak 😂

Hey Mate, been following your videos and I really appreciate your tips on the water. I just started out kayak fishing(hand paddling) at garden island and tried your spot on Port river however no luck catching any however got some great views. I wanted to check if next time your going out I can join in and get some advice on lures and get some knowledge from you. I would really appreciate it 🙂

Great content. may I know what time of the day was this fishing ? Been there few times with my yak without luck
Hi mate thanks for the comment. I was there from about 10am-4pm. As you saw most caught on the troll as you can cover a lot more area than just sitting and casting. Terry
only give 5.5 for the dismount
Yeah it was pretty poor. Face full of sand would have been pretty funny though.

So west lakes is safe to eat from yeah? I hear alot of people for years saying it isnt safe but i always ate crabs from there when i was younger
Yeah was fine, we all ate our catch. The salmon looked fatter and healthier when I compared them to the ones in the Port River.

Hi Peter thanks for stopping by. I was using multiple sizes and weights. Mostly 2.5" paddle tails with a 1/12 jig head.
