Hi mate, thanks for watching. Yeah I'm in my 50s now so its got to be a pretty easy launch for me as well. I also want to try some new places soon, time permitting.
G'day there, just find your channel. Loving the content as I grew up fishing those waters. However, now love in another part of Aus. Fishing the edge of the O/H channel at this time of year used to big snapper time! They'd still be there, unfortunately you can't target them at this time. Equally, 10 to 20Lb mullies can be target where you fished in this Vlog, I used to target them out of a bass canoe. Feel free to contact me and I'd be happy to steer you in the right direction. Let me know how to contact you. Maybe on messanger of you have it. Cheers🎣
Hi mate, thanks for watching and commenting. I've heard from a few old timers (not so young myself) that there used to be a lot of good snapper, Mulloway and Kingfish around the area and in the Port river itself. Not too sure about now days but would love to target those fish including snapper if the ban ever gets lifted. tvahoumis@gmail.com
Hey Greg, thanks for the Sub and compliment, its much appreciated. Yep great fun out there and a great sheltered spot to go to when the swell is up. Thanks for watching. Terry
Its about 38kgs. I load it on my Pajero with the Rhino Rack side loader. Its not too hard, a bit high to strap down. Would be much easier on a lower vehicle. Thanks for watching.
I'm very happy with the Outback. I've had many of the other models (Had 15 Hobie kayaks in total) The outback 2020-2023 and the 2015-18 are my top picks. I had a compass that is very popular because of its lighter weight but the seat is uncomfortable and they made it as a cheaper alternative. Love the Revolution 13 as well which has the good CT seat and it light weight.
Hi mate, I also have this video and noticed it one was in march and the other in April. To tell you the truth Im not 100% sure if snook are seasonal. I always get them in the channel heading north. th-cam.com/video/YVkwa3NCBEw/w-d-xo.html
Just found your channel, very enjoyable, great that you're doing places most can access.

@@kayakfishingins.a4327 that's a glowing review from someone who has owned a lot of kayaks!
Hey nice work. I’ve been trolling around that area many times over the years and never seen a snook…. Is there a best time of year?

Hi Terry, does that $10 hard body catch Bream aswell?
Maybe, never tried it for bream to tell you the truth, only tried it for trolling. Thanks for watching.
