I just found your page. My daughter has hydrocephalus and she’s 3 months adjusted but still struggling with lifting her head and her arm strength is a little weaker. She’s had bad reflux as well so I’m excited to try this.
I am so glad you found these videos! And I’m so happy your babe has such a proactive mama! For babes who struggle with head control make sure that tummy time is done with hips LOWER than shoulder so think: elevated on your chest, a stability ball, boppy pillow. This playlist may help as well give you a few more ideas to try.
