I can hit it straight into the trees, straight into traffic, straight into the water, straight over into the foursome on the adjacent fairway, straight into the sand and even straight over the green! Wide base is very important. George Knudsson, Moe Norman, Lee Trevino, all elite ball strikers. All had a wide base. The analogy of making par on a par 3 is like winning money is brilliant.

One last thing my game has come along way…. Was 18 handicap now I’m down to a 9 and it all came from being consistent, I stay in my comfort zone I don’t try to hit shots I haven’t practiced, basically I play for bogey on each hole except on par 3’s where par is like hitting the lotto 😂 on full shots I swing the same way all the time nice and easy tempo that allows me to keep in the short grass and gives me a great chance at par or better.. I struggle off the tee if only I could hit my driver correctly my playing group would kick me out the skins game!!! And that’s a fact 😂

Am new Thank you i had to google shoulder width- A normal - or default - stance is one that sees the distance between your feet match the width of your shoulders. Technically and to be more precise, the outside of your shoulders should line up with the middle of your feet in order for such a stance to be considered normal. Great video like always

Most amateurs just swing at the ball with no focus in mind where it will go give your ball a direction to travel too open or close the face play the shot u would like your ball to travel in to out or out to in or straight give it a direction your going to do it if you try swing with a plan your a pro play like a pro
