    Nice video !
Quick question, was there a screen at the section where the thermostat housing enters the engine block? Because I'm facing an overheating issue with the same engine , have changed the water pump, expansion tank cap but still overheating, so I'm suspecting a blockage in the system..
Is there any other thing that can cause the overheating?

    Hi, May I ask
I have C200 2012 W204 ( 145,000kms). Car drive sometimes rough on low speed. Test OBD2 came on P0340 fault. I have replaced Camshaft position sensor but still same CODE coming up and car same issue. Any suggestions my friend?

It could be timing chain issue, any rattles when starting the engine?

This happened to me once, the thermostat was probably leaking because of the overheating, probably cracked due to too much heat, id test all the pipes around the engine and check circulation, bleeding isnt an issue once the temp gets to 90 it should sort the air out itself, im suspecting the water pump but check pipes first for circulation

Also there is a filter mesh behind the thermostat housing on the block check that could be blocked
