I got the R.Y.N.O on my first play through without cheating. Break everything, only buy the essentials. Then after that when you reach the last world play through it but do NOT fight the final boss. Just go back and farm bolts by going back to all the other planets and break everything.
This game would have been far in development before Sunset Overdrive was out. The art style and look of this game was most likely chosen before anyone ever saw sunset overdrive.

There was definitely some overlap later on though,since Ratchet would have started development later in overdrives development, but since they were both made by insomniac they would have definitely taken notes from each other, so it’s quite possible that a lot of the latest Ratchet and Clank took some notes from Sunset Overdrive’s development.

Literally recognized every single part of the level design that was in the first game. I love the changes they did to the train section , but I used to love those two secret rooms you could get to, one with a huge wall of normal crates and explosive ones.
I've never played Ratchet & Clank but this looks fantastic. It makes me feel so nostalgic about Jak And Daxter, man... that franchise was a blast back in my childhood. Sony, please pay Naughty Dog for another Jak. We need it.

The fact that Sony has so much to show before E3 is just a testament to how much they have to show at E3. They released a Hellblade trailer and Ratchet & Clank gameplay before their press conference. They must have tons of new stuff to show if they are already releasing trailers for a massive AAA third party exclusive and gameplay for one of the most hyped remakes in history.
This actually puts to shame a lot of those HD Remasters that have been coming out a lot lately. We finally get a true full Ratchet and Clank game since A Crack in Time and the graphics look outstanding.
From what I remember, this is the third planet you will encounter and this is the time you will get like your grappling hook and the helicopter. And it has a different map but same enemies with different attacks. Though it feels nostalgic. O_O
OMG IT'S ALL COMING BACK TO ME :D I keep going like OMG I REMEMBER I LOVED THAT!!! Like how the loot wooshed over to you, and you spun the big ass bolt and the way you pulled enemies and hitting every single item to get possible content and the way you switch and OMG THIS IS MY CHILDHOOD!
Insomniac's been killing it lately. Ratchet and Clank Into the Nexus was awesome. Sunset Overdrive is amazing and this new Ratchet and Clank game looks like it's going to take me back to the good old days. I'm glad Insomniac had it's blunder with Fuse because it seems to have made them go back to the drawing board which is leading to some phenomenal games.
I was watching that train sequence and was like "that's not how it took place" lol, so glad they aren't just doing a typical re-make, and making those cool stages even cooler :D

It's more beautiful than I ever imagined. Literally. It's refreshing to see a game with nice graphics that isn't also made to look realistic. What's more, it's been a while since we had one of those "console" type games. Consoles do try so often nowadays to emulate PC's. Not that the types of games on PC aren't fun too. So detonating the bomb in the middle of a civilian area does jack shit, but it arriving at its location would have been horrible? Video game logic, I guess.

Wow! I love the in-game comments Ratchet makes while he goes through the level! Now idk if that's a feature that was added in a later game because I haven't played Ratchet and Clank since Tools of Destruction (Yeah I've been slacking) but regardless, This game looks freaking amazing!! I love the whole "Old meets New" style they incorporated into this. This game and Gran Turismo 7 will be the reasons I buy a PS4.

And I like my PS4 more to be honest, maybe I'll play XB1 more when the TB1 version comes out, I like my PS4 lineup more, and sadly, the only good exclusive out of a lot of PS4 exclusives you know is Bloodborne.
But Xbox One brings the BEST multiplayer experience!!! It's Internet is faster to lol.

Everything about R&C amazes me its storyline, gameplay, score and unique visuals brings back memories. Wonder if they would add in like all the wonder weapons for the other ones in the series AHHHH i'm getting goosebumps
The sounds and looks of the game bring back so many memories. It looks really good I hope they don't fk it up, and hey if it's good I might consider buying a whole PS4 just for it :*) those memories though.

Wow! I love the in-game comments Ratchet makes while he goes through the level! Now idk if that's a feature that was added in a later game because I haven't played Ratchet and Clank since Tools of Destruction (Yeah I've been slacking) but regardless, This game looks freaking amazing!! I love the whole "Old meets New" style they incorporated into this. This game and Gran Turismo 7 will be the reasons I buy a PS4.
