I don't know why the people in charge of the Terrain collision were so thorough with it all but like nearly every plane of terrain and every nook and cranny has collision you can jump off of in RaC PS4 its kinda crazy. Also hot take but I really liked this game, yeah the story was ehhh but from the perspective of quark rambling off a story about a dude he had no idea of the intentions of it made sense (up until nefarious was shoehorned in) for his retelling to picture Ratchet as a starry eyed goody two shoes to some random criminal dude. He's Quark ofc he's going to lie out of his ass. The weapons felt great which made up for the admittedly glaring lack of difficulty because you at least were satisfied tearing through enemies. The Combuster is a bit overused but it felt great (there's a few other completely overused weapons like the Groovitron and the Warmonger). The Fusion Grenade was a definite step up from most of the starter bomb weapons given to ratchet. I don't think it's horrible but it suffers hard from a case of "Video Game Movie Game" syndrome that hurts it a bit.
Hello, I was wondering how you go about practicing specific parts of the game (like the part with Clank and the trampoline)? Do you have to restart the whole game every time?
@@davidmeyer4506 If you level up a weapon as you collect a piece of raritanium it creates a blue screen and messes up the game objectives, you can do it on almost every planet but its usually not usefull. On kerwan it just so happens to trigger the final objective of the planet which allows us to skip most of the level.

i tried alot of things but then came up with X then (just as you're about to land) Square then X immediately after and continue that but then i discovered you just start with square then X and it works alot better i started practising

Its only possible on Ps4 not Ps5, its also very difficult. First you need to jump onto the lamp to get the damage boost but hold x as you do it to get more height, then you will try to bounce to the top of the lamp post and damage boost again, still holding x, this time you need to mash the map button quickly 2 or more times, the more times you do it the easier it will be but it takes a bit more time so less is faster which is why I only do 2. then you should be able to bounce up to the ledge.

Hi, is there a reason for the japanese language (maybe like faster dialogue or something) or is it just personal preference?
I have the japanese version which is the only way to get the bouncer dlc which is faster for any% and AGB, but for NG+ it doesn't matter.
Actually they made the bouncer free dlc for the English version

@@levipenkaty9654 The game has cheats in the settings menu which are allowed for speedruns. I guess I should update the description to clarify that.

you can usually just change the difficulty in game settings and it will restart to your last checkpoint.

I don't know which city you're talking about but yes lots of new stuff has been found and the route is much faster than it used to be.

@@jwgonfn Its a DLC weapon in the game, its very usefull for any% and 100% speedruns, its not used in the NG+ speedrun though.
