    Very nice building. Never buy a condo in thailand they all go down like 4% in value every year.
    Just rent if you want.
    Not knowing this particular prices im guessing a 1 bed+1living room costs around 25-30 a month not too bad since its a new building. A similar condo in a 5-10 year old building you should get for around 10-15 i live in a similar to this one and got a great deal 6500 a month. Dont be one of them that pay over prices and raise the prices for the rest of us. And Never pay more than goverment fees on electricity (maximum 5thb/ unit)
    And facebook market place is where you get the best deals. And you can negotiate down all prices this is thailand not new york

      Always people without money telling other people how to spend theirs. The fact you are GUESSING what you think is all anyone has to know. If you like this condo, buy if you want to. It's beautiful. All of us aren't trying to live in Thailand out hostels to save a buck.

      @jasonmiller3892 Thanks for watching, & agree people should not be telling other people what to do with their money, especially if they don't know all the information themselves. Prices will inevitably vary depending on the size of the actual unit, floor it is on, outlook etc. As well as how "motivated" an owner is to rent it out. If it has been empty for a while, there maybe some flexibility with price. The same applies when buying. If the owner needs to get rid of a unit quickly, there will be some flexibility.

    It's not just daily rent Peoples want to know. BUT monthly / 1/4 / 6monthly/ yearly and not 4 getting PURCHACE price's
    Keep up the good work.
    Who's that film star sitting next 2 U in the next vid???

    • @trentstravels
      @trentstravels  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Indeed, & there are people covering longer term rents & sales prices. You can also google "Copacabana Beach Jomtien", & links to several real estate sites will come up, including Thialand-Property. Prices do vary, at least for sales. Some 35sqm 1 bedrooms are as little as 4028000thb & can probably be negotiated down to a round figure of 4000000thb, while others are 6700000thb. I may even move there in the future if the price is right. As for the film star... which vid are you referring to? 🤔 Didn't realise I was sitting next to a film star lol

    looks good because everything is new but to claustrophobic in the rooms to be called luxury

    • @trentstravels
      @trentstravels  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The room size is actually good. Anything more would be a waste of space. Some rooms are smaller though, & could be a bit claustrophobic, so you find something suitable & book it. Thanks for watching 😊

    It’s not high end at all 😂
    It’s tacky af and the rooms are boxy

    • @trentstravels
      @trentstravels  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      That's your opion, but in terms of room size, this is the standard in Thailand. Don't like it? Go to another country.

    If you want to wait 30 min for the elevator then you can stay here…feels like a damn factory inside…yeah the amenities “look” good but its a far cry from high end trust me….I was just there…gym is full of Ruskis no equipment is open….pool has no empty chairs…no thanx.

    • @trentstravels
      @trentstravels  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      You do realise I actually stayed here myself?! You don't need to wait 30 minutes for the elevator. The longest I had to wait was probably a minute. I never had any issues accessing gym equipment or chairs by the pool. Thanks for watching though 😊

      I'm here now and I agree. On the 51st floor. Nightmare waiting for the lift. Only 1 keycard so nightmare if there's two of you
