RULES? There are laws! You can't go around hitting people with pringels, it's assault. Shouting and swearing at people, making them feel threatened under common law constitutes assault. Shouting words that wish others harm is hate speach. Causing harassment, alarm and distress in a public place is a public order offence. She should have been arrested!

I've never been to the UK but I have traveled to a lot of different countries and I have never seen the disrespect that I have seen toward the guards and their horses. Should put a sign up regarding what is acceptable from tourists. Unbelievable.
They don't read the signs they have up now about horses may kick or bite, and do not touch the reigns, but they ignore and get bitten and touches the reigns anyway. So what good would it do with wasting money on creating more signs that will instantly also get completely ignored and disobeyed?

The MDP have the powers of arrest but they'll use it for serious cases of assault or battery. If a normal home office force was there it would be immediate arrest. However, even if she was arrested there's always a person who'll start screaming police brutality, argue that there's two many officers, argue that they should be dealing with real crime and so on. In other words there is no happy outcome
Leave them alone you don't obstruct the guard if the horse then they wouldn't have to shout. They are on duty so give them space and respect. That's all they ask, don't crowd the horses they have feelings and if theykick or bite you will understand their feelings that's their way of communication

Terrorism forces the need for guns in this particular situation and that should be the sole focus of the armed police here. Public order is for other officers and they do not need guns.

Oh you've got it wrong "there's only music"....the civilians in that area should have more respect for the guards and their horses. They are trying to do their job as trained guards/trained guard's horses/ defence force personnel and have to put up with a lot of disrespectful actions from the public. The crowd is disrespectful, not making distance around the horse guards and ground guards. Getting worse. Any complaints should be taken to office authorities noting the time an incident happens. Observe the proper hierarchy.

animals are very sensitive to spiritual forces. After she left, did you notice the horse get jittery for a couple of seconds. He started to move forward. His eyes showed fear for a moment too. I thought he was going to come out of his box, but the guard reined him in , and he calmed down. These beautiful horses are having a real raw deal . So unfair.😢

This lady was in another video where she hit another guard in another instance. She's crazy. Seriously, she needs to be fined if not charged at the least because who knows what these crazy people will do the next time.

I was visiting London last February and I was exactly there in the palace and it is incredible to see how many people, tourists behave so rude and uneducated towards the guards, people do not have a minimum of respect and that is why they act with rudeness too,the behavior of some tourists is pathetic...🤨🙄

A long time ago these guards were enormously respected. They are still respected , but now people mock and kid at them. It’s a shame.

I am not sure that there is a change in the public's attitude to the guards. Most people are happy for those photos with the slightly armored figure in the frame. But in this time where a video clip can go viral, some find it appealing to be recorded making a scene.
