  • TENNIS BALL DRAG RACE | DRILL BREAKDOWN | ALL AGES AND SKILL LEVELS
    🏀 The purpose of this drill is to improve your reaction time to become a quicker, more reliable defender.
    🔑 The key to completing this drill effectively is to maintain body control in your reaction to the tennis ball drop.
    1️⃣ Begin in a Triple Threat position, with active feet.
    2️⃣ When your partner drops the tennis ball, explode towards the tennis ball using your hips to adjust direction.
    3️⃣ Always stay low and prepared to make any move from your triple threat position.
    4️⃣Level up by changing your starting position, such as facing backwards, or starting from the ground.
