Hi Lisa, I love love your red house sampler and the shades of blue that you chose are so perfect. The heart that you made is so pretty. I'm always enamoured by your box that you made in memory of your mom, it's the most beautiful thing and your scissor fobs are so amazing, such a great idea with the covered buttons. It was so great to see so many of your quilting projects, they're all so beautiful and even the ones that you think are not perfect or right still look so beautiful and they are definitely works of art. You are so talented and I am always so inspired by you. I'm so happy for you that you are working on organizing your sewing room and making some good progress on that. It looks like such a beautiful room and will serve you much better once you get it closer to the way you would like it to be. Thank you so much for another wonderful video and for taking the time to share your beautiful projects.
Good to see you again! Your work both stitching and quilting is just beautiful. Your so talented and your vignettes are amazing! Good luck with your plans. Be fun to see the finished projects. ❤
Everything is so beautiful-even the quilts you are so hard on yourself about! I love your blue house sampler. I have that pattern but your rendition of it is spectacular!!❤
Always look forward to your videos and projects you have underway. The heart you created is awesome; love it, love it, love it. God bless and keep you.
Nice to see you and your beautiful smile again. Watched the whole thing while cleaning. Love everything. I think adding the quilting to your whip go is an excellent idea. Take care and God Bless!
So lovely to see you today. I enjoyed seeing all your beautiful projects. I wouldn’t take all the hst apart . It looks nice and hand made and it’s beautiful. Looking forward to seeing you again soon ❤
Yes we're still here - I love to listen to your soothing voice and so loved seeing all your progress on the blue house and quilts in the drawers!! You've done so much this year already you're smashing WIPGO - I think you put whatever you like to as a project on your own board ;) You simply must finish your mums quilts - so precious - take care x
I love playing Thread Chicken as well! Nothing like risky stitchin! Yup, I stayed til the end, I always enjoy visiting with you as I stitch. I applaud you with making your sewing room a nice place to create. I’m finding when there’s a mess or piles, I just don’t feel those creative juices flowing like I do when I have a clear place to jump in and play.
Great FT Lisa. What great finishes - Parson is sweet in the frame . Love your memory box in honor of your Mom- very special. Oh your quilt projects are lovely. Leanne’s legacy fabric is gorgeous and your bunny quilt top is so sweet. Have fun with your decisions and your organization sounds great.
Good to see you again!!! It is fun to organize items. Fit me it’s rewarding. Love all your stitching, beautiful, as always and I love the quilts. The one you’re planning on redoing, I’d finish it up and enjoy it. I don’t mind a little quirkiness and I don’t think anybody would even notice. I think it’s beautiful!! Hope there will be a home tour for spring. Hint hint😊
I watched and listened all the way through. Way to go girl! That’s amazing how many FOs you already have for 2024. You are an inspiration for me to work a little faster. I am a quilter as well. Please don’t toss that beautiful Spring quilt to the curb. I will cheer you on through the frogging process. If you can’t bring yourself to tear it apart, let me know and I will do that part for you. Your videos are wonderful. I might not always comment, but I’m always looking for your new one. Happy Stitching. See you soon. ~Pam from SC
You are very sweet Pam. I appreciate the offer to frog my quilt. I'm on an organizating kick right now. Been organizing my wool in the basement. So much wonderfulness. Gotta get moving and use it up. Happy stitching and creating all the things.
Always love your videos! Your projects are beautiful - both cross stitch and quilts. Love seeing the quilts in progress as I have a few also and have been working to finish them. I’m so in love with your Brenda Keyes sampler - the blue house is amazing! I’m the odd person who doesn’t like a red house so I always change mine to white, but now I’ll be thinking about that blue!
The heart is the sweetest thing! Love the colour and the little strawberries are delicious looking! You have the best thrift stores...frames, candle holder...so much fun. I get my velvet from little girls' Christmas dresses from the thrift store and make strawberries to hang on my Christmas tree.
Still here! I love how creative you are. Too many ideas, too little time. Don't be so hard on yourself. You get a lot more done than most! Love everything
This was such a wonderful video. I loved seeing your beautiful projects. You have so many wonderful ones in the works. I am glad that you have made a plan to be able to work on them, and using your WIPGO for your quilt projects too is a great idea. I love the scissor fob that you made, it is so pretty. I know that you will like your wool project so much more after you square those blocks up and it will be a great finish. I also am on overload with my “stuff” that I have loved and collected for so many years. I need to do a purge so I will feel better and not have so much of it for my kids to deal with when I am gone. Happy quilting and stitching…………………
I still cant see anything wrong with the half square triangles…Looks pretty to me and the five dollar little quilt is so cute…I especially enjoyed seeing all of the quilty and wool projects.
Hi Lisa - I’m tagging onto this last comment just to pop in and say I MISS YOUR FLOSSTUBES! I would completely understand if you never made another one cuz it’s a lot of work and peoples lives move on! But I just wanted to thank you for all the ones you did make (and I watch those) and for your contribution to the FT community. I hope your knees will continue to improve and that you, Larry and the puppy dogs will continue to live your best lives together. You were a joy to watch and a light in this rather dark world. Many thanks, Susan
Hi Susan, thank you so much for your sweet comments. I appreciate it more than you know. I have been thinking of making another video. Your encouraging words sealed the deal. Hopefully today. Thank you again!
Today I stumbled upon your channel. I really enjoyed your video. I don't know what your hair usually looks like but it looked cute to me. I cross stitch, quilt & do wool work. And my craft room is also over flowing with unfinihed items and supplies. So we are very much in tune! I loved your heart and am starting one tomorrow.
I think it’s so funny that mentioned you were passed due on getting a hair cut. I am not even lying. My first thought when your video started…. Her hair looks so cute!!❤
Love your stitching projects. The memory box of your mom is beautiful. I especially love your quilt parade your a great inspiration to get things done. I cu the front and back off used cereal boxes to wrap my fabric on to stretch out the comic book boards. They are sxpecially good for more than 1 yd of fabric. I have been having fun making little sewing boxes out of wooden Brie cheese wheels from the holiday. I have them posted on 911 stitcher facebook group. I also made another from my Valentine Sampler from Brenda Gervais pattern I have using a valentine Russell Stover candy box from Wal Mart thats posted there too. Bonnie from NJ
A great flosstube. Love your sewing room. You have been so productive. Loved seeing everything. I’m going to have to borrow your great idea for the scissors fob you made for your mom’s scissors. The box of keepsakes is pretty wonderful too. I am totally sold on thread drops too - never liked the bobbins. Well gotta head to bed. Attending a retreat this weekend. Need to get some rest. Slogging away on Land That I Love. Might start another red pin pillow sampler tomorrow to break things up. Yes, I owe you some pics. Take care

I really love the box you did as a remembrance of your mom- that was truly beautiful! On WIPGO, if I’ve already completed 1 that’s called later, I cross it off for that month, but write in to either kit something or work on a different WIP. You did a great job on Parson Brown! The red and the white floss really pops on the fabric that you used for Blueskin. I wish I had seen your start on that before I started mine on the blue/gray fabric that I used. I would have for sure copied yours! If I finish one of my WIPGO calls before that number is called, I just put another project in or give myself a new start. I love your WIPGO board. I may have to pull out some of my punches and stamps and make me one! You were full of great ideas today. Keep ‘em coming!!!!
Hi Amanda. I wish the creativity had continued since the last video. Unfortunately, I misplaced my mojo. 😂🤣😂. I'll have to go thru the piles of stuff to see if I can locate it!! Happy stitching!
Hi Lisa, enjoyed the video as always! I was just thinking about how I could sew two covered buttons together to make a zipper pull. I like your idea of the felt in between the buttons! Your videos are never too long for me!

So good to see you Lisa! I dont know which i enjoy more, the cross stitch or the quilting!?!?!?!? I would definately redo those half square triangles too. Lots of work but so worth it in the end!
So nice to see you. The heart project is darling. You are so creative. Good for you on the organization and clean up. My months of Dec and Jan have been spent doing the same. And I have NOT been to the thrift store 😢. I am going into withdrawals. lol Take care and don’t be too hard on yourself.
I actually think that applique quilt would look awesome with just the right plain border. I don't think I would want to redo all those half square triangles. You have had a very productive January! I don't do WIPGO, but I've always heard, Your board, Your Rules, so I think you can do whatever you want to with it! I love that heart you made for your Jan challenge. Happy stitching and sewing!
Lisa, I was thinking your hair looked so cute!! So do not put yourself down! You are adorable. Loved seeing all your progress. iT was so funny that you mentioned putting DMC on Floss Drops. Another friend and I were just saying we would do that if we were not so lazy.:)) Like you I have resisted WIPGO because I am a rebel stitcher and I am pretty self motivated and I do not have too many WiPS. Right now I am stitching Monogamously on Summer Moon by Paulette Stewart and I plan to stitch Spring Moom as well. I chose Summer Moon because I love me a red brick house. Good Luck organizing your sewing room. We would all like a tour when you are done.
I enjoyed your Flosstube!! I have never tried doing WIPGO, so best of luck. I think your idea about when she calls the number of something you already finished, to FFO it. I feel having FFO's will motivate you to continue with the WIPGO pieces. Keep it up!!
Still here, stitching while listening. A trick that my brother taught me, when you don't want something to show up behind something, spray paint it with flat black paint, and then disappears. Someone just gave me a button needle minder, and you can see the shine through it, so if I were to make some, I would try the black spray trick. I love all of your projects! Get busy and make those borders match up. 😊
I used some black interfacing behind some blocks I made for Christmas gift. I’ve been wanting to make some of those cross stitch buttons. Think I will try the paint. Great idea😀
Great video Lisa! Love your projects. Good for you to do WIPGO….thought about it & that’s as far as I got😂 I got the big box of buttons from Amazon too. At Christmas I stitched the letters NOEL on 4 burrows & displayed them on a scrabble tile holder. Might try your scissor fob? Happy stitching🧵
You have such a wonderful way of decorating and picking scrumptious projects Lisa. The heart is gorgeous and you’ve inspired me to think more about those little things that are quick to sew up and decorate with. Your choice of color changes in the Brenda Keyes sampler looks fabulous. I’ve had the chart for a while but the colors just don’t sing to me. Do you mind sharing the extra colors you picked? Thanks Tina
Hi Sheri, I still have plenty. I don't want to be greedy. But thank you so much for bring so kind!! Hope you're having a wonderful day. The sun is out here!!!!

Great idea😀
I just hate the thought of painting all those buttons. 😂
@@lisaabbeysneedleworks2967 spray paint is fast.
Before you mentioned your hair, I thought how cute it was being a little longer. I think it's cute!
Thanks Maureen. It looks messy to me. If my bangs get too long it drives me crazy. Not a long trip. 🤣

Hope you had fun creating.
Another great video. I especially enjoyed the quilting part. I think you should leave his triangles. They look fine
Thanks, Wanda. I appreciate it. I hate the thought os tearing them apart. Lots of people said not to bother. I like it! Happy stitching.
Hi Lisa!!! Great video ♥️
Thank you!!
Thanks Tina
Hi Tina. I will try to spend more time going over my colors next video. Take care!
Hi Lisa ! I have another bag of linen for you if you want it !!! Oh your hair looks just fine !
Hi Sheri, I still have plenty. I don't want to be greedy. But thank you so much for bring so kind!! Hope you're having a wonderful day. The sun is out here!!!!
Please give us the link to the button covers you got from Amazon. I so enjoy your videos and you do such lovely work.
I tried it wouldn't link. I'm sooo not techy. Sorry.
I have quilting and knitting wips on my board and new starts. I don’t pick the new start until that number is called.
Interesting. I think I will put in a quilt wip. We shall see.
Hi, Lisa. I got your note and will answer it soon. Have a great day. Sandy

Hi Nancy. Nice to hear from you. I haven't been stitching so nothing to video. However, I started stitching yesterday. So maybe soon. Happy stitching.
