Well I had two questions I was going to ask but you answered them both. I was wondering the number of bales in a wagon and if the kicker ran off the tractor hydraulics or what. I didn’t know the baler had a pump on it. I’ve never been around a baler of any type with a kicker. Good video!
One advantage to that pan thrower is it seems to be more gentle at lofting the bales into the wagon. Years ago I had a wooden sided hay wagon and as I started baling hay, forgot that my thrower was turned up. It threw the bale right through the back of the hay wagon lol Now I only use steel wagons.
Thx - I’ve broken a few back boards with my pan kicker tossing a wayward bale. The biggest thing I see with the pan kicker is the high arch on the throw. I can board up (or rope) the front fairly high to get more bales in the front of the wagon. I have a friend with a NH 565 and belt thrower and he gets along pretty good with it. One of these days, I’d like to try one.
You should tag this as an ASMR video. You’ll probably get half million clicks on this video.🤣

Why not rake?
We did rake - but no video of it.
