Are all day date watches, the day is always change at 4am?

This depends on how the hands are installed …. I install my hands on Seiko to normally flip the date at 12:00 and then the Japanese day rolls over at 1:00 and then the English day rolls over at 2:00…. This is what we mostly see ….

Yes it is. Also note the day has 2 options and will pass through one language into the next and this happens about 1-2am for the evolution to complete, which is is after the date flips! Good question! ~ Lukas
