As a outsider who lived in gujarat for 6 months, I could say gujarat is the best and safest place I ever been to, people are so busy into their work, businesses and family that they literally don't give damn about any other thing.
Even after that nothing has changed atleast in northern india and its not even about education and all that stuff the people who throw most garbage on the road drive in big cars it’s more of a mentality problem for all Indians!

i went on a trip to gujrat , visited ahemedabad , rajkot , junagarh , gir park , somnath temple, all the places were so fine , like such a masterpiece state , there are CNG stations on every 5 km or 10km , highways are so big that sometimes you feel real lonely while driving on them ,the wind mills on the side of the highway ,dwarka, the food , the people ,like their is no flaw in anything in gujrat , i never felt like an outsider in gujrat , best state ever

Gujarat was a place with utter lack of fertile soil full of barren lands where many people even struggled for drinking water , considering all this achievement of Gujarat is even more brilliant.
For geography you are correct lack of fertile and drinking water is less even compair to population In 2024 majority of Gujarat have drinking water even in summer without water cuts, I haven't seen water cut in last 5-6 years by AMC in East Ahmedabad
I lived in Gujarat and i can definitely say that BJP have done a really good development in Ahmedabad whether it's maintaining Bridges, Police station offices, Riverfront, Bus Services even Metro stations are so clean and good. Government is the sole reason of development of Ahmedabad and they literally made the well planned projects to attract tourists.

I stayed in Surat for 3 years (class 1-class 3 done from there). When I compare that Surat with today's Surat it's completely different. I remember there used to be open nala type water flows that went through center of few roads and those were open, now its different. PS: Its difficult not to fall in love with Gujarat and its food, wish I could go there again some day 😅

I was in russia from 2015-2022, visiting home every year, trust me i have seen new ahmedabad every year i came back, and still it is developing so rapidly, my home was on outskirts od ahmedabad in 2015, and today that stretched to 9 more kms.

I went to Gir National Park and Vadodara in Dussehra of 2022, I have traveled to different states of the country but I found the people of Gujarat to be the softest spoken people among them all.
Yes me too i lived in Gujrat for almost 6 years and many other states in India but the people of Gujarat are best. Sweet and soft spoken not like people of Delhi 🙄 development work is also amazing there. When i initially moved to Gujrat i was not shifted properly so a gujju friend of mine invited me over to his home and prepared meals for me until i settled. Helped me for many things. Great experience living there.

Despite being from Gurgaon, I have been living in Ahmedabad from past 8 years and let me tell you that it is the best place to live in India. Being from cleanliness, good roads, homes, less living cost than other major cities, I'm a proud Amdavadi now, never felt harassed for not knowing Gujarati in the initial years (now I can speak Gujarati to much extent, not absolutely perfect).
Am from Maharashtra and I've visited Gujarat twice..to my surprise I never thought This State can be so welcoming and calm.. the development of the cities are on the next level! People here are extremely polite to those who are outsiders. The roads omg! Amazing experience, ek bhi khadda nahi.. since a couple of years I've been planning on shifting my whole family to Gujarat. Ahmedabad is safe compared to other cities. At 11:00 pm, daily you will see lots of females and roaming and waking with their families on Riverfront safely. It's a really good feeling when you sit just 1 feet away from Sabarmati river, very silent, cold, fresh air. Fantastic project it is.

I had come to Ahemdabad in 2024 for a satellite competition. I am proper South Indian who has lived in BLR all his life. I insantly fell in love with the city and the river. Kudos to Ahemdabadis for such an effort. Its the most peaceful place in the middle of a huge city. Most importantly the people of Ahemdabad. I am I person want's do my own startup in drones and robotics sector, if I get a chance to do it I will for sure set it up in Ahemdabad. The city feels like home away from home. I am from MP living in Gujarat for last 25 years 1. 24x7 electricity for last 20 years. If anyone gives reason of power cuts Gujaratis think the person is faking. 2. Gas line for 10 years. 3. World class road. 4. Tap water for last 20 years , I have not seen tanker for last 10 years. 5. Most friendly people. 6. Safe for women. 7. Some says it is dry state, yet you can enjoy at home 😊 8. Law and order is very good.
I Just transfered to Ahmedabad from Haryana and found that Ahmedabad is much better than Delhi as a Metro City and also Better than Mumbai. No Pollution and No Smell like delhi and even when it rains water get drained so quickly.

I live in Rural Ahmedabad and get very safe drinking water. There is a reason why we elect bjp on the name of Modi. Water Electricity and Infra and tourism are main points. My village gets 23.5 to 24 hrs electricity and although we get safe drinking water, electricity does go out sometimes even in Ahmedabad

Riverfront is not just for asthetic and leasure purpose but it has a Great Utility called Riverfront Road which makes travelling horizontally in the city quite easy.
When I visited Gujarat 10 years ago I wasn't in awe but it felt like a nice place until I returned back to Delhi after 2 weeks and it felt like I'm in some tier 3 city which was underdeveloped and broken😅.. people are really polite and friendly there for sure..

Last November i was in Ahmedabad. The cleanliness of the river was incredible. I could not believe my eyes. New Ahmedabad was incredible. No traffic jam. First time I felt that if I sufficient money, i would have settled in Ahmedabad . In sanskaar apartment, near Amravati club in Ahmedabad, the security told me that a 3 bhk flat costs about 1.5 crores. It's similar to what you pay in Siliguri!

I have said earlier and I am saying again that Archaeological findings show the location of Karnavati outside the walled city of Ahmedabad. During those period cities were built inside the walled city or fortress. Name of Ahmedabad has been changed vernacularly from Ahmedabad to Amdavad but after Karnavati maybe you might try to convince that the name originally was Amdavad and was later changed to Ahmedabad. Just concentrate on historical facts based on Archaeological findings not on legends. Yes one can make beautiful films like the Lord of the Rings.Ahmedabad and Karnavati are 2 different entities.

I was born in Ghaziabad and moved to Ahmedabad with my family in early childhood. There is not a single moment when I think of going back to NCR, the people here are nice and I have not felt any discrimination in the state.

i went on a trip to gujrat , visited ahemedabad , rajkot , junagarh , gir park , somnath temple, all the places were so fine , like such a masterpiece state , there are CNG stations on every 5 km or 10km , highways are so big that sometimes you feel real lonely while driving on them ,the wind mills on the side of the highway ,dwarka, the food , the people ,like their is no flaw in anything in gujrat , i never felt like an outsider in gujrat , best state ever

I lived in Gujarat and i can definitely say that BJP have done a really good development in Ahmedabad whether it's maintaining Bridges, Police station offices, Riverfront, Bus Services even Metro stations are so clean and good. Government is the sole reason of development of Ahmedabad and they literally made the well planned projects to attract tourists.

I stayed in Surat for 3 years (class 1-class 3 done from there). When I compare that Surat with today's Surat it's completely different. I remember there used to be open nala type water flows that went through center of few roads and those were open, now its different.

Despite being from Gurgaon, I have been living in Ahmedabad from past 8 years and let me tell you that it is the best place to live in India. Being from cleanliness, good roads, homes, less living cost than other major cities, I'm a proud Amdavadi now, never felt harassed for not knowing Gujarati in the initial years (now I can speak Gujarati to much extent, not absolutely perfect).

I had come to Ahemdabad in 2024 for a satellite competition. I am proper South Indian who has lived in BLR all his life. I insantly fell in love with the city and the river. Kudos to Ahemdabadis for such an effort. Its the most peaceful place in the middle of a huge city. Most importantly the people of Ahemdabad. I am I person want's do my own startup in drones and robotics sector, if I get a chance to do it I will for sure set it up in Ahemdabad. The city feels like home away from home. This is coming from a proper native kannadiga bengalurian.

My village gets 23.5 to 24 hrs electricity and although we get safe drinking water, electricity does go out sometimes even in Ahmedabad

Riverfront is not just for asthetic and leasure purpose but it has a Great Utility called Riverfront Road which makes travelling horizontally in the city quite easy.
When I visited Gujarat 10 years ago I wasn't in awe but it felt like a nice place until I returned back to Delhi after 2 weeks and it felt like I'm in some tier 3 city which was underdeveloped and broken😅.. people are really polite and friendly there for sure..

Last November i was in Ahmedabad. The cleanliness of the river was incredible. I could not believe my eyes. New Ahmedabad was incredible. No traffic jam. First time I felt that if I sufficient money, i would have settled in Ahmedabad . In sanskaar apartment, near Amravati club in Ahmedabad, the security told me that a 3 bhk flat costs about 1.5 crores. It's similar to what you pay in Siliguri!

I have said earlier and I am saying again that Archaeological findings show the location of Karnavati outside the walled city of Ahmedabad. Name of Ahmedabad has been changed vernacularly from Ahmedabad to Amdavad but after Karnavati maybe you might try to convince that the name originally was Amdavad and was later changed to Ahmedabad. Just concentrate on historical facts based on Archaeological findings not on legends. Yes one can make beautiful films like the Lord of the Rings.Ahmedabad and Karnavati are 2 different entities.
