For two decades, India’s top JEE rankers have chased dreams far beyond the IIT gates. I spoke with six JEE toppers, including two AIR 1s, to discover where their hard work led them. Spoiler: Most ended up abroad, working at top global tech companies or pursuing cutting-edge research. But what does this mean for India? Are we just creating talent for the world? Let's find out in this video.

They are the most capitalist society on earth and they are very money-minded, there investors have 3 decades of expertise in recognising the right types of people and giving them a ton of money and making them feel valued and also rich while also making billions in progress, and the big businesses there have done a lot of effort to ease the process of opening and doing business and there the law enforcement agencies actually are competent and do maintain law and order, all these factors convince them to move there because in india, you have to bribe government servants and politicians even before starting the business.

Instead of pointing fingers, we should focus on solutions that ensure equality, merit-based growth, and support for all sections of society, including those in the general category who face challenges. NEP आई तो है
      पर implication पर निर्भर करता है
      थोड़ी implement हुई है
      पर ओर कोशिश करते रहना है
      इसका सबसे बड़ा फायदा ये है
      Syllabus

thats one of the big reason for the non contribution towards the developement of india.
i really want to see "padhayega america badhega india" rather than "padhega india badhega america" which seems impossible because of the mindset of current generation (obsessed with getting into FAANG in USA and get settled there and become the slave of USA rather than bringing the knowledge back from USA and use it here for INDIA and helping it becoming the superpower. ofcourse they have to choose slavery 🤡. some even started companies in USA rather than INDIA👏)

In 2004 75% of total IITians used to leave India. Now 35% does . Highly intellect Engineering graduates need economic freedom and culture of innovation.
    That lacked in India.
India was a poor socialist nation. License Raaj worsened everything. Though in 1991, it was relaxed but other major changes in terms of infrastructure, R&D didn't improve and till to this day, though infrastructure slightly improved in some few congregations. Once check the highest % of illegal immigrants to US. They are from Cuba- a socialist nation. Chinese who constitute the largest immigrant ethnicity came mostly during their hardcore socialist Mao era.
Today, innovation index greatly improved. We are in top 30( up from below 80, 10 years ago). More changes are needed.
Only removal of socialism, mass Industrialisation, progressive capitalism etc likewise things can retain our top brains.

I am currently in my final year at IIT Bombay and I can vouch for the things Mohak said. Not only CSE but for all branches when you see all your professors having foreign PhDs and shitty life of PhD students at your institute, you're only left with option of going to the US. In jobs also, many Indian firms tell us upfront that they don't have requirement for such high talent and can't pay that much, so again only option is to get in foreign MNCs. Indian markets aren't mature enough to absorb the talent that IITs produce.
Although we are not of fond of leaving our home land but high aspirations for career makes it a necessity. Now-a-days people think twice before leaving India and and many are ready to be here in hope of future progress.

2:21 I've noticed that while many people attend IIT, not all secure high-paying jobs right after graduation. Instead, some choose to pursue a Master’s or PhD abroad, often in the U.S., and eventually work for major tech giants. This shows that an IIT degree alone doesn’t guarantee a top job. Our education system could be improved to better prepare graduates for the job market.

also major misconception that western ideology and values(that were mostly born from the age of so-called enlightenment) were the reason that lead to innovation in western worlds, the answer is NO, the scientific revolution and later scientific discoveries by western academia were not cause of implementation of enlightenment ideals, u can research that, when indian read how people like james maxwell, charles darwin, richard feynman made discoveries, they think its cause of their ethics and values, u can research it on further, but i will provide a counterexample, soo, lol, how then discoveries happened in china, the golden age of islam, classical period of india(that is before the 5CE) , and even europe before latter half of 20th century(where modern values weren't present as mainstream), most of scientific discoveries we have today are from this period, i mean, during eras when societies were highly "rigid" as they call it, the discoveries shouldnt have happened according to "modern mindset".

This covers mostly for CS domain, and as you have rightly mentioned as well so seems correct. To expand on this for core opportunities (which is lower is IITs as compared to the NITs as mostly core companies don't pay as well) hence core people also either pursue MS/PhD in the US or try to get into PSUs directly/through GATE. However for Electronics, the scenario is changing as more core companies are there due to the semiconductor boom, so it is becoming the new IT sector.

I will point 3 things out....
      1. The fees of IITs ranges from 8-12 lakhs and poor parents who can't afford that much fees but there children has competed the examination takes loans to pay the fees which their child later pays from his first job.
      2. They pay multiple times tax of what government spends on them in their initial years of job in India and many times the money they pay to their parents from foreign country. And also sometimes after doing jon in usa people return and open start up here and many more alternative ways like this. Be assured government gets at least 10x back from them then what it spends on them.
      3. And why should they not leave the country? What you want from them? They worked so hard in their childhood. When normal children do not want to sit a hour with full concentration and study they were studying even in festivals. Everyone was burning firecrackers outside his house in Diwali and at that time they go out burn a few smile a little and then comes back in their room and start studying again. When in times of festivals children give up on study completely for around a week they were studying full time even on the day of festival itself. That's what it takes to give that kind of result. And you want to talk about nationality and make them stay here and keep exploiting them for eternity. Wow what a system. A lazy person doesn't work in his childhood. A hard working one does and manages to crack IIT but now this lazy person is giving excuses like nationality to him and wants him to stay and keep paying taxes and working for the country benefitting the country(and indirectly themselves) and never expect any fruit for themselves. Like so many ISRO scientists never joined NASA and I can assure you that our ISRO scientists are talented enough that they will be welcomed anytime in NASA whenever they want but they chose to help their nation instead. And what do they get in return minimal salary just to somehow make a living, no recognition from people(as people recognize thieves more than scientists, engineers, doctors), a bad working environment, no proper budget for their work and when even after such conditions they manage to somehow make a mission success with minimal budget and with minimal failures(even NASA failed many times before getting the same result) our so called citizens says that space program is waste ot money for a poor country like India.
If you are really so interested in helping your country then why rely on others and why not work hard yourself. Get some IIT. Then open a non profit organization and help the people. Why you do not do it. And if you can't do it then by what right you expect those hard working people to do it for you.
You know all poor people are not lazy as many are poor because of their bad luck which they couldn't control. But all lazy people are poor and you are one of them. Means you have the courage to act smart despite doing nothing yourself is shameful and disgusting. Shame on you.

Here is reason why people work in foreign - I got Rank 1 in my engineering. Currently, I work for a USA-based MNC, and the one and only reason is money.
