750W BAFANG MID DRIVE EBIKE OFF ROAD TEST

Taking the freshly build ebike mid drive home build off into some single track.
Bike from Impala Bikes,
and motor kit came from Golden Motor.
Bike handled the trails amazingly. Didn't know how well it would hold up in such rough terrain!

Couple of questions:
-can you ride the bike like a normal bike? I mean does the EM let you pedal without a battery?
-how good does the pedal assist feel? Instant torque?

Hi just wondering is a mid drive hub better than a rear drive hub and if so why is this? I live in a area with long steep hills/ mountains. What watt E-bike would you recommend? I am about 170 pound 75kg in weight. Thanks.

Mid drive is far superior than hubs because the power of the electric motor goes through the gearing of the bike, which allows you to select the optimal gear for the situation.
