I really like your videos. I am looking to move to Tennessee and was wondering if you were going to do a video on Goodletsville. I have been there and really love the town and plan to look at other ones too.
Thank you for being so upfront with some of the cons, especially the traffic and on-going infrastructure construction. That said, I am moving there from northern Illinois, where my property taxes are now over $8,000 annually. For me, even paying half of that will be a bargain. I do hope that Tdot works faster than Idot, but just getting out of Illinois will be worth putting up with some inconveniences for a while. Illinois has become a lawless anti-citizen state, full of never ending corruption.

Tennessee roads aren’t the best in the nation but they really are making improvements in the last couple years to improve flow of traffic to Nashville and completely repaving the interstate this year instead of the usual patching here and there. Not sure how it compares to Illinois to drive on.
I like everything except HOAs. I refuse to live in a HOA. Did that, will never do that again. Where in the general area can I find 1- or 2-acre plots of land with 2700ft home or there abouts. I do not need good schools, I just want a nice place to live. I already know since I am in the Northeast, I know it will be cheaper.
❤❤❤don't vote for trump and for God's sake go come to Smithville, I live here and I hate it! Take 10 people and out of the 10 people only 1 person will be nice! These are the meanest and most hateful people I've ever encountered! Just my opinion!:-)

My property taxes are $12,000 yearly. In Chula Vista CA.
