Hello bhai mere pass indefinite leave to remain he me british passport apply karne wala hu to english knowledge test Dena hoga ki nahi ?
You might need to prove your knowledge of the English language if you’re 18 or over and applying for citizenship or to settle in the UK (known as ‘indefinite leave to remain’).
You can prove it by having either:
an English qualification at B1, B2, C1 or C2 level
a degree taught or researched in English
If property is maisonette and upstairs is freehold than can you expand property?
you need to check legal things with the owner or estate agents from where you bough or buying the property!

Gaurav bhai i have heard that to get 10% deposit you need to be in UK for atleast 2 years then you will be eligible other wise you will have to pay 25% deposit. Is it true or is there any other way?
As mentioned 1 yr on skilled visa and 2 yrs remaining min. should get you 90% mortgage deal with few lenders check with a good financial advisor
Check with Halifax bank as my broker helped me to get AIP and I haven't completed two years.
