Super simple to understand and to the point as always. Thanks for creating such useful content. Could you also suggest if there are any government plans available to buy a new home. Thanks 🙏
Nice for initial knowledge. I think you didn't create any video on NHS services for registration of local GP, how to go to an emergency, medicine pharmacy etc. I recommend you to do the same, it is very important
Hi first of all thanks for the link you shared I still have a query that if the mortgage term is not completed and still in between the term if we want to sell the house can we do so and if yes will there be any profits in what we have paid earlier and also by then property price also will be appreciated.
Hello, yes you don't have to wait for the mortgage term to end, you can sell house anytime you want. If you are buying another house then you can PORT your existing mortgage to next house if you wanna keep the same interest rate and don't wanna pay Early repayment charge. And whatever equity/profit you have in the house you will get that after deducting all the necessary expenses. All this work will be done by your solicitor.
@@HumTumInEngland thanks a lot, it's becoming more clear now. Assume that if I don't buy a new house and just want to sell off, will I get back the appreciated value, the deposit amount and the mortgage amount paid untill date?
Great information Gaurav. One thing more in one of your earlier vlog you shared like we can also get help to get deposit amount under some scheme and refund the deposit within or after 5 yrs. Please provide info over that also.
Hi brother, presently I am working with Tesco.and soon planing to do uber driver(Taxi) part time. Will.it effect to buy shared ownership in London as.my wife is not working and I have 2 kids. Or its better to do Tesco Full time till I get mortgage? Opinion will be appreciated Thank you 🙏
You might need to prove your knowledge of the English language if you’re 18 or over and applying for citizenship or to settle in the UK (known as ‘indefinite leave to remain’). You can prove it by having either: an English qualification at B1, B2, C1 or C2 level a degree taught or researched in English

As mentioned 1 yr on skilled visa and 2 yrs remaining min. should get you 90% mortgage deal with few lenders check with a good financial advisor
Check with Halifax bank as my broker helped me to get AIP and I haven't completed two years.
