Hi Kevin. I have buyed empty cartridges. And the printer is new never used. My question is please: can i do the first setup with dtf ink in the empty cartridge s? Or I need to use the original cartridge for the first time? Thanks 🙏 and great explanation in your video

Hi Kevin, i installed a ciss system and when installed it now the print head jerks and give me now a paper jam. I unplugged the system plugged it back in and it doesn’t do its check the head jerks and paper jam comes up again. Any help would be great thank you 🙏🏻

I think I blew the page width sensor. do you have these parts available? i leaked DTF ink EVERYWHERE 🤬🤬🤣🤣. I think I need a new CSIC board also. I ordered a new printhead already.
Hi kevin! In an older video u said you gonna try to swap the cartriges with dampers on xp15000. Any progress? I have one and i hate working with sponge cartrige.

You may need to prime the dampers.
