i have tried everything for going on a week now :( like im getting white a little when i do a soak but then go to print and nothing... my red will come and go too. any advice other than what you just showed ?
I did a maintaining print, then a test for clogging and the paper came out with no ink on it on it. Im assuming its clogged. Is this how you unclog it?
After completing the normal nightly maintenance and the cleaning methods demonstrated in this video, how long can we leave the printer unattended before it clogs itself? What happens if I go on a two week vacation?
Thanks for the video very much helpful. So I converted my xp 15000 to dtf with C.I.S chipless But I was able to print the white all four other colors print when my nozzle check but not the white.. Can it be the wrong type of white.. Or any suggestions?
You don't know how much your video helped me!!! I was pulling my hair with the streaks.I also learned how important it is to not rely solely on the printer's cleaning features. Now my prints are back to looking sensational. Manually cleaning is the way to go! HUGE thank you! 🙌🏾🙌🏾
I just got my printer, have not even used it and my magenta will not come out. Not sure what is going on, cant imagine it's clogged being a new printer. changed cartridges several times. I hope you see this! thank you
and can i use sll crtridge to do the flush at once or does it have to be one by one, for example, one white flush and do the next white, then megenta after? thank yoy
Please help me if anyone has any idea why this error, 'PAPER OUT IN PAPER CASSETTE,' keeps coming up on the converted DTF XP 15000, and I'm using AcroRip 10.5. The printer was working for a while, but then I encountered this error.
try putting one or two strips of tape on the side of the sheet, obviously don't put it on the side where you print but on the other side. In the meantime, I'm using this method
I have a question. My white ink has been clogged for 2 days. I have done all of what you say in the video with windex. It wasnt working. On another video i saw a different solution to try for stubborn clogs. So i did that and let it sit for 20 minutes. Turned it on and thought it worked. It was printing white but then stopped in the middle of the image. So i thought maybe i need to leave it on longer. Did it again and left it on for an hour. Then went to print the image, it printed white, half the image and stopped again. No more white. It seems like its unclogged briefly but clogs again. Do you know what could be the cause of it or the problem?
Can u gave me link or something what cleaning solution you use and. If some color is clogged u do head cleaning with soliution only with cleaning solution or with cleaning solution with other ink together?
I’ve tried all these and my Cyan is not printing out strong enough! 😭 I’ve cleaned it daily for 3 weeks straight and nothing. After doing the napkin and alcohol I can see the Cyan on the napkin but it’s coming out spotted on the nozzle check, even after the print head cleaning. I’m running out of ideas. Help please ! 😭
Question, I am gonna start converting my printer, after taking out rollers and doing the waste tank, when doing the initial set up for the printer do i leave the original ink in cartridge first? Then after initial set up take out old ink and put the dtf ink in?
@@CustomDesignPress thank you for replying. I love your vids, they are VERY helpful. So, you never put the new cartridges in printer unless they have been drained and refilled with DTF ink? Eben with the initial setup of printer,
Hello! When I push the solution in the magenta it comes out of the yellow. What should I do? Or when I push it in the yellow it comes out of the magenta.
Erica I may reach out to you also to see what you would charge. I have had a brand new xp15000 sitting in my living room in the box since February. I have already ordered the resetter and cleaning solution from you a few months ago. I've just been very nervous about trying to convert it for some reason.

CAN YOU HELP MY PRINTER I S NOT PRINTING
What kind of cleaning solutions are you using ?
I use the cleaning solution that I sell on my shop. It was formulated for me.
Can I put white ink in my printer after I used the red and grey?
You will need to flush out the carts and clean out the inks in the print head several times.

Try putting cleaning solution into the capping station during a head clean
Which cleaning solution do you put in the cleaning cartridges? The simple green solution that you showed or a regular DTF cleaning solution?
I use the one I have on my website for dtf. Simple green is in emergency
What happens when using the printer only sometimes and not everyday? Does it dry up all or ? What should I do in that case?
It’s advisable to print something every day or do a head clean once a day.
Can u gave me link or something what cleaning solution you use and. If some color is clogged u do head cleaning with soliution only with cleaning solution or with cleaning solution with other ink together?
I have all my supplies at customdesignpress.com. I use an extra set of carts with cleaning solution in it

Alcohol will dry up your print head. I would continue the towel soaks, spaced out head cleaning, and put cleaner into the capping station each time
@@CustomDesignPressI will try this! Thank you! 😁
OMG Exactly what I needed to know. I am going to get going with all of your suggestions, thank you so very much for providing this guidance
