Prometheus stands as the only villian who Oliver couldn't beat not even once. Josh Seggera really nailed it. I love how the story came full circle from s1 to s5 something the flash failed at.

One of the best scenes in the whole show. It’s as if Oliver was jus telling Adrian what he wanted to hear but there was some truth to it. Adrian wanted Oliver to know they are both cut by the same cloth but that couldn’t be further from the truth. If you really know Oliver you would know he wasn’t always a person with darkness in him, but once he realized he needed to let the darkness in so that he can survive he didn’t let it consume him he embraced the darkness and used it to his advantage, he always had good intentions meaning someones life was at stake where as Adrian is just a psychopath who enjoys killing
People call him a rip off Batman, but he’s way better in my opinion. The fact he was a monster and liked it and crawled his way out into a better man vs Batman never becoming a monster is a core difference
Oliver killed cause he had to survive and started to enjoy it, Batman doesn’t kill cause he’s seen what murder does to people, cause he’s seen his parents die at the hands of a man with a gun. That’s why he hates guns
