Love the vids. It seems like for getting spotted noticed by things like drones and choppers it has to do with Nomad. The team does seem to "hide" if you hide when an Azrael is flying over but the Azrael never seems to see them, only you. Overall they seem effective in open scenarios like taking down convoys. But its nice to have them along. Great choice for a video. Thanks!
Okay I have expressed to Ubisoft to what I think of GR Breakpoint Ai Team. I'm an IT Engineer, but apart from that I am also a programmer and can program games. The one thing that I put to Ubisoft in a DM via Twitter was. I truly believe that Ubisoft copied the exact script from GR Wildlands and tweaked it to be used with Breakpoint. Okay as a programmer I get this. I would have done the same why create an Ai Team from the bottom up when you already have the script, animations and sounds from Wildlands. Okay and how do I know they've basically done a Cut and Paste of the code and tweaked it for Breakpoint. It has the identical bugs and glitches that plagued GR Wildlands that is how I know. And to be fair with Ubisoft I would have done the same as a programmer if you got everything at hand just tweak the code for another game if the same franchise. One of the most irritating bugs in Wildlands was Sync Shooting using the drone would crash the game. But with GR Breakpoint it sends you to the nearest bivouac as well as reloading the game. Whereas with Wildlands it would crash and send you to the last checkpoint. But one of the most annoying part of your Ai Team is they are invisible to tge games Ai they will only notice you and not your team so they may as well be invisible. There is room for improvement but this game still has a lot of annoying bugs that I reported 7 or 8 months ago and they are still in the game. As with all Ubisoft games, there is still a major issue with sound. I reported the same bug with Wildlands and they never fixed it. However, I did come up with a work around a temporally fix to stop Wildlands from crashing when sync shooting your Ai Team using the drone and its something that you will get used to. Mark with your drone but FO NOT sync shoot using the drone, instead sync shoot through your binoculars or weapons sights instead it stopped Wildlands from crashing. And irritating glitch that was in Wildlands was water and embankments they cannot get out of the water... also they should have handed another tree in the skills and perks to improve your Ai Team.
Not an IT Engineer neither a programmer and never ever experienced this bug in my 987 hrs of Wildlands gameplay. Also ai mates feels more responsive both to the player and environment in Breakpoint, only in immersive mode, advanced or higher difficulties. Normal or lower difficulties they're dumb as in Wildlands. If you play Breakpoint in regular tier mode sure the game is a glitch/or bug fest.
One of the worse things is you have to constantly tell them to "clear hot" or they'll just stand there, perfect example is when the reinforcements came and they only attacked the first group and you had to kill the rest.
AI do best with long range weapons like DMR or sniper rifle. If you equip them with assault rifle they need to be very close to enemy to engage which also results in them dieing more often. Mine work perfectly. They can clear entire camp with sync shot (press Q when aiming at target, then hold Q to execute, wait for cool down to end, repeat) without even breaking stealth. Particularly helpful when eliminating radio operators and heavy gunners hiding around corners.
Great vids bro thanks for sharing. In my opinion, I think it would be better if the A.I had progression whereas they get better when you get better. I could imagine a sniper on the team learning to take advantage points and actually overseeing with great accuracy, maybe in some future updates who knows. again great vids keep up the great work
Since the teammates update I’ve notice a loooooot of glitches, more then before. But, now that the teammates are here, I’m playing much more and I like it more.
They need some major improvements. I give Fixit an LMG for his primary but he uses it during stealth sections even though he has a suppressed secondary.
They are actually a downgrade, when you compare them to what we got in Wildlands. It took them about a year, just to implement them into the game, and somehow make them worse than they originally were.
How r they a downgrade? I think they are a little better in this one, with their movements and stuff as well as it all being based on what weapons u give them
Nah in wildlands they are very stupid, there i cant infiltrate in enemy base because always the enemy detect them. I always let him waiting outside the base.
The only problem i have is they never do what i ask, so if im trying to be stealthy they start open firing THERE SHOULD BE A CEASE FIRE OPTION OR HOLD FIRE really ruining my class scores

I haven't played for a few days/weeks and I just noticed today that they removed the Outcast activities. Probably because the live event is done, but i was hoping that they would carry on fighting and it breathed life into the game like Wildland did.

The reason AI teammates die so easily is the enemy AI snipers. Your teammates are more worried about other the other enemies and they don't focus on the snipers so they end up getting their heads blown off unlike me tho I have them kill the snipers first and then they clear out a base.
They're limited with how good the squad can be because of enemy ai. Ai has no tactics and the only difficulty is from them aimbotting. So either squad does too much (aimbot back) or not enough
There are definitely some issues with the enemy AI not recognizing your teammates (I've seen multiple instances where a vehicle has driven by with a teammate literally standing on the shoulder of the road in plain view, and the vehicle just drives on past. But if YOU as the player aren't prone camo in that exact same spot? You're getting spotted)...
It's oversimplified indeed but intentional in order to mimic your behavior. AI can't prone camo so they become "invisible", to a point, until enemy has no other choice than to spot them or you leave stealth position and they can do the same.
It's not a bug, they deliberately made teammates invisible to enemy's because it was a problem in wildland. They only become visible to enemies when you give them a command
Bro i cant understand why ubisoft dont develop a better IA with better tactics, game much older like operation flash point dragon rising have better teammates, they follow you in perfect squad, and the enemy have better tactics, much fast response to attack, cover and try to round you. Not only run front to you.

Why are you getting killed??? Ffs (1) Give all AI a Sniper Rifle (2) Scope the base with the drone. Sweep across with the drone above the red tinged areas until enemies are selected. Use the heat seeking view of the drone to look for body heat. This way you can find the position of all enemies. (3) Note the higher players in towers on rooftops etc because they should be your priority AND more importantly, the guy with the Alarm Raising equipment because he’s the only one that can bring added trouble. (4) You can Sync Shot everyone from a long way away. Get a few hills back overlooking the camp. Keep to the back of the hill. Lie down in preparation for camouflaging if surprised by a helicopter or the scanning plane. (5) Take out all higher enemies (Snipers, Guys with Drones, Rocket Launcher guys) first, making sure they will die away from other enemies on a roof or a tower. (6) Take out the guy with the Alarm Raising equipment. Then that’s game over for the camp basically. (7) He may go unnoticed or if others notice him they all will give their location away by the yellow exclamation mark ‘!’ but with him dead you only have to deal with the guys in the camp as no reinforcements will be coming. (8) Now just get your AI to Snipe enemies in groups of 3 if you don’t want to fire a shot. (9) Use your own Sniper Rifle to take out any fixed machine gun turrets or fixed grenade/rocket launchers before you stroll into the empty, but now dead camp. In the mountains from a very high peak, I got my AI Team to take out a Behemoth in a valley that was so far away, my naked eye couldn’t see it and my sniper barely picked it up, but my AI got enough sniping shots into it that we destroyed it. The Behemoth even struggled to launch missiles up the mountain and couldn’t find us. I sync shot the Behemoth with my drone flying down the mountain and using maximum zoom! You’re OK Willy...but not as good as you think! 👍🤣

@WillyB you should do a nighttime raid as Frank Woods on the hardest difficulty! But it has the be the biggest and hardest base in the game. Frank Woods is from Call of Duty Black Ops 1,2,4 and now he’s gonna be in Call of Duty Cold War.
Building supporting characters or shall we say smart AI for open world games such as ghost recon breakpoint is a lot harder than many would give credits for. It takes at least 3 years to get there and properly implement them into the game. Players are fickle and as result developers needs to provide systems as expected in stealth incursions, big gun battles or just mocking around on the highway.

Have you tried loading up a whole chopper with teammates all with M82 sniper rifles? Just fly into the middle of a base and watch enemies drop

Sync shot is pretty amazing. I m on gear lvl 140, i can manage to clear out the lvl 200 wolf base by using sync shot (except the AYM drones)

The AI teammates took out 2 Armor Assault Drone while I laid on the ground dying yesterday before they revived me lol

AI is, relatively, good only on Extreme. Watch some vids. Any lower difficulty and they become pretty useless.
