@@skillbopster That's one thing but I kinda understanda why tho, music promo period is usually very packed and busy for artists since they're always moving around from event to event while also joining programs and shooting stuff in between most of the time, not to mention, they also have a child at home, so I get why he couldn't spare some time to visit the company and check the finances himself. And this case is actually not uncommon, artists get scammed all the time, the worst case is probably Lee Seunggi's case where he was lied to by his agency for more than 20+ years, they stole his profit and told him it happened because he is a minus singer, that his fans only listen to his songs but won't buy his CD. If Im not mistaken, korea is proposing a law for artists to be able to check their own profit rn, since the process to check is not usually available for artists, it's part of the contract for them to not question how profits work, they've been calling it the Lee Seunggi Crisis Prevention Act if Im not mistaken. I bet there are a lot of artists/idols that were scammed still but haven't figured it out yet..
@@skillbopster Yeah, but when you hire your long time managers to help manage the company, there's a lot of faith and relationships that you lean onto. They weren't some rando business partners. The people that he trusted most backstabbed him. Honestly, even if they gave Tiger JK and Tasha a bigger percentage of the profits, they likely would've never noticed, but their greediness ruined them.
I hardly doubt Seungri is broke. During his trainne era he was into stock market and marketing business. He used to study about them back then. He isn't someone who's quietly gonna sit down. I can assure you he is Richie rich.

Idols have got to be sensible and invest their money wisely, every penny they earn must be accounted for so they don't end up broke. In a cutthroat industry, it is hard to trust ppl, there will be many who wont have your best interests at heart, they will take advantage especially when it comes to money, greed is rife in business and people will do anything for it
Yoochun didnt go broke. He was already giving his all money to his mothers account. He was cleared SA he is just punished bcz of drug use. He is active in Thailand and Japan now and hopefully will return back

For park yoochun case, drug use is not that bad since law shouldnt handle drug users by putting them in jail instead rehab is the best effective way to cure them.

Not to mention he was the most popular and loved member since he was in dbsk/tvxq and even after he left the group he was still the most loved idol actor then in a year or 2 everything went downhill scandals after scandals to the point of leaving the industry.

She was an addict before she even met him, but she said to the police that Yoochun forced him to take drugs. I mean, give me a break. No one believes that. I'm really pissed because after that scandal he was coming back to the industry. He even released a solo album, but nope that crazy b**ch just lied to the police and ruined him. He's a great actor and singer. I miss him in dramas so much. I just want to see him in a movie or drama again.
