True someone can actually get injured from putting too much pressure with flexibility stuff. You have to train your body to be flexible from daily stretching not forcing it.
Honestly i think most of the time strict teachers are the best teachers. Ik it's not the same thing but me and my bestie started learning an instrument around the same time. My teacher was pretty strict and hers wasn't and would just always praise her. So over time i improved more than my friend. I also love my teacher very much even tho she was rlly harsh at times.
The teachers may be strict but they get the best out of their idols, the training is not easy and it won't be for everyone, you've got to be ambitious, determined and work very hard to get the results and to be successful in a very competitive industry
Kooyoung and yujin’s relationship was def father and son and i agree he was tough on him but because he was his favorite and wanted him to succeed which paid off in the end
I feel ever kpop idol who started their own label or like mentor on survival show can be very brutal and very strict with trainee jyp, yang hyunsuk and bang si hyuk can very strict dk about lee soo man when he was still at label but properly be same as well the kpop industry or any industry is hell and hard.

There’s literally no reason for these teachers to be yelling and being that strict. Many people still learn better but not being humiliated on camera. These teachers may have had good intentions, but many people find it hurtful and it will discourage them and make them give up. Some of them definitely deserve the hate they got!
As an amateur dancer, I took the advantages of performing on small stages with the audiences not just to gain fun but to have some good experiences since I once dreamed to be an idol as well when I was a kid and I believe that mentor's being so professionally strict is really important. I'm emotionally soft most of the time and strictness may sound harsh to others, but I could say that is very effective way inspite all pressures and intimidating experiences from all sessions I had with my mentors. Better way to build the overall character and self discipline. Thanks to my dance teachers! ❤
To be honest after watching dear alice and pop star academy ,i really loved the mentors hired by hybe and geffen in pop star academy they did a really good job despite being strict i loved that they were also a bit soft
They just shows how fucked up this industry is except for some (Lisa? Gooyoung and the SM lady😅) I just don't understand how is being harsh suppose to help anyone improve, maybe somtimes but always? I just can't see it 🤷🏿♀️ And Lia Kim was absolutly awfull for pressuring Nayeon to do the split, she isn't the only one (I saw other things like that on kpop documentaries) and they all need to be checked. Periodt blank.
tbh it’s harsh even more off camera…. Being harsh would help them improve their skills. Outside world is even more harsh. For example, there are some groups who get called out by fans cause they cannot sing or dance. It’s been like that for years… most people know about it too, but there are a lot of people who still want to be trainees, and also nothing come easy in life lah.
@@sarahdemioko1021 cause people work harder when it come to harsh comment , cause of their pride and passion. If they don’t work harder, they will loose their chance of becoming an idol. notice how most of the hate comments are mostly targeted at female figures but the male ones got little to no backlash💀
