Idk the fake girl group thing just makes me laugh cuz kpop stans just once again proved they'll stan a new group just bc the members are pretty, they dont care about talent
They take everything too seriously😂. Remove stick from a$$ and chill. Like so what? I don't really listen to kpop, but Jay Park has always caught my eye😏
@@inhongity okay. I talked about that if the artist needs a weird PR stunt, they are probably not good enough for the things people know them for. You disagreed (which is cool, I don't have a problem with that) but you talked about something totally different then that has nothing to do with what I said. But I can agree with you on your point. Not everyone that has talent is known.
Jay Park's fanbase is actually mature and doesn't give a sh1t about non-issues. He's not a K-Pop idol, either. He's a hip-hop soloist. He already got "cancelled" from being an idol in 2PM for really old MySpace posts from when he was a teenager alone in Korea, who didn't know Korean, posting about how upset and alone he was. His fanbase from his solo debut is a not a bunch of prudish, delusional kids who think they own the artist they support. He can't get cancelled by immature brats who were never supporting him in the first place. What does he owe them? Not even an apology. It's not his fault that many of Wonyoung's, Ahyeon's, or any other idols' "fans" are actually incredibly rude and toxic towards the artist they claim to support. They don't deserve to be treated that way at all, but many of their "fans" don't care. They act like they own them and say awful things over the smallest things, many of which aren't even actually mistakes or problems. It's not just Jay Park who isn't affected, it's K Hip Hop in general that has a much more chill, mature fanbase. We aren't gonna sh1t on the artist we're a fan of for doing an on-brand joke that's relevant to the song. He's the most known current K Hip Hop soloist and didn't need to do PR. This was to feed his loyal trolls while entertaining his fans, and it worked. Some K-netizens cried over it and their crazy reactions made it a successful troll. The man's in his 30s and owes them zero. If only K-Pop idols could one day also be treated as the individual adults most of them are. Or hard-working children, in some cases, unfortunately.
How is it that Jay Park did not get cancelled but people like Wonyoung get bashed for eating a strawberry or ahyeon for wearing blue contacts Edit: some of y’all took this way to seriously because what are some of these replies 💀
@@erosivy and he has been kicked from 2pm what else do ppl want 😆 he is no longer an idol and have pretty free and sexy image even among hip-hop. Most female idols try to build mysterious innocent young gf vibe so get bashed for every single thing oppose that.
even if this for winning over public I think his way is not too bad. if Idols who did DUI do communal service I think it would be better than ruining their carriers or torture them mentally. If they can compensate family and work for society willingly for light DUI cases it would be healthier. I am against giving money to the charity since it can make DUI to be taken lightly by rich ppl
the fake groups thing is really interesting because I think fan's understanding of how brutal the idol industry is makes people more quick to want to support and stream smaller groups. even more so now as well with things like nugu promoter being so big. but it's also extremely telling that that group probably stood out more purely because they had beautiful visuals and no one knew a single thing about them lmaooo
the yunhyeong-daisy situation was bad for both. yes daisy was ridiculed (mostly by general kpop fans tho, ikonincs really didnt have problem with it, we're pretty chill with the boys dating) bt yunhyeong also got cursed at a lot coz people accused him of being a bastard by denying the relationship. i really thanked daisy for being kind enough to explain the situation although much later.
My friend experienced a fake group. She said that it was name Sakura and it debuted with their debut song "love me". Turns out they were just friends pretending to be a kpop group. They also copied a pop song.
Don’t understand why someone will get a DUI with the blood alcohol content of 0.056%. Isn’t limit 0.08%? So why did Nick’s license get suspended? Why did he have to reflect? He was under the limit, no? Accidents happen…? Can anyone explain this to me?
If a musician can troll tons of people and still be successful, they're a great musician. 🤣They have so many fans they can upset some immature children and remain unaffected while entertaining their fans.
I mean John Cena also made an OF account just to promote his movie before Jay did it and all I have to say is that this marketing strategy is just damn hilarious th-cam.com/users/shortsmt9yanyWSqk?si=3X4sZOFZjkBJ3sWZ

Jay Park's PR "stunt" was smart lmao people really thought he would start something like that
Folks need to STOP treating K-pop idols like babies. Most are grown as hell.
Ridiculous doing stunts like this, only makes them lose the respect and support from the fans
that's insane.. Using PR stunts just to make themselves recognizable
That's literally half the reason for a PR stunt .... It's an over saturated market to say the least.
