I got my next must visit place and I am going to try Chorize Poi. I have never tried Chorize in Goa. Also, the word Pav comes from Portuguese word Pao for bun. It has nothing to do with legs. 😝

Just curious, why are you guys pronouncing Chorizo (/tʃəˈriːzoʊ, -soʊ/, from Spanish [tʃoˈɾiθo]; Portuguese chouriço [ʃo(w)ˈɾisu]) .... as "chorizz?
