A deep respect for Boman sir. He is one of the versatile actors along with Paresh Rawal, Anupam Kher, and Naseeruddin Shah. Our film industry is very fortunate to have such personalities. The best ever Sunday Brunch episode so far.

@@DK-lg7ti Nasserudin Shah is one of the all time acting greats along with Om Puri. You might not agree with his political views, but he has a body of work which deserves respect. Especially in parallel cinema.
This interview with Boman was full of humor and nostalgia. He is a man of substance, deep thought process and knows exactly what to reply for what he is asked which mostly don't.

I live in Colaba and have been visiting K Rustom for many years now. Sometime back, I heard that they lost a case with Brabourne and will have to shut down. I sincerely hope the litigants come up with an alternative and the places continues to amaze sandwich icecream lovers like myself!

In your wedding albums my photographs must be their it was almost 40 years back today I am 75 years old lady. Your father in law s shop was at Bhandup West he yous come to meet my husband at Ghatkoper Station. I am very big fans off your I always say everyone in my office I attended Boman Iranis marriage but no one believe me. 😂

Never thought much of Boman Irani until I saw this interview, he seems so likeable and warm!!
I remember he coming to our college fest in TISS way back in 2008. He has been a charming gentleman and he walked us through when he was working in his wafers shop. He said he was so proud the way he used to pack wafers without them breaking seamlessly :) Such a grounded and fum loving man. Kudos

To come to taj after 40 or so years and to retell his story about his mom exactly a year after her passing was very special, I am sure for him too. It was also such a touching story.

Rendezvous ..yes we celebrated new years eve here with a lovely dinner and I tasted crab for the first time ..this was 1973/74 and I was all of 13 yrs old then and didnt know how to eat my crab... was trying hard to cut it and my father watched me closely and laughed asking me what was I trying to do..so many memories😂 ....there was the live band and dance floor ...
Thank you Kamya and Bomanji you guys have got back a whole lot of childhood memories it almost left me in tears seeing all the places that I fondly remember growing up at including the ice cream sandwiches that I used to get as a treat from my mom and one request to Bomanji please eat a little more of Dhansak rice the next time you eat it as it's my favourite and living in Auckland haven't eaten it for years
