@@Coolclimatetropicalfruits fantastic! Hopefully the scion coped OK with the travel 🤞. The mother plant is waking up now, and the IV organics paint is starting to peel off. Will be interesting to see how long the paint stays in place.
Yes thanks Vanessa and Neil, I should know if it has taken in a couple of weeks! I’ve got some longer videos of grafting on the channel from a while back, but yes it’s basically a side cleft graft. Feels a bit wrong as you really hack into the trunk but they heal fine.
What a nice garden ! I cultivating subtropical fruit too on my channel in Italy 🇮🇹 Thank you very much for sharing I subscribed directly 👍 Greetings from Italy
Thanks for subscribing I just subscribed to yours as well. I enjoyed watching your videos from Italy, you’ve got a nice garden as well. I hope you have success with the subtropical and tropical fruit trees there.
You’ve been busy Ben 👍
Good luck with them all
Great updates Ben, youve really become addicted to grafting lol 👍
Thanks for showing the closeup of how you graft multigrafted apple trees ❤
The ichikikijiro Ben grafted is a left over scion piece I had from your tree Vanessa 😂
